Great hotel and nice fitness room.

Above average hotel breakfast, friendly staff and nice rooms.

Breakfast and coffee station were fine Housekeeping was not good at all. On one occasion, after not having serviced the room for three days, they removed the towels but did not replace them. The front desk had to be called for someone to bring towels to the room. I complained the next morning to the front desk, who assured me someone would service the room that day. While they took out the trash, the bed cover was thrown across the bed without the sheets being remade under it. Additionally, the room had not been properly dusted in some time, as there was a significant layer of dust coating the telephone in the room.

We found our surroundings well managed and kept and noted how quiet the room was.

The rooms are spacious and clean, offering the perfect accommodations for guests. Breakfast was great - The breakfast host was on it - She had a full dining area of guests, and she made sure the dining areas stayed clean and kept everything stocked. I was impressed with her multitasking!!! Holiday Inn has always been a brand that we trust, and this team at the Gaylord location deserves all 5 stars for keeping this location on brand!!!

Everything was great but we got noisy neighbors at 2:00. They made a lot of noise that woke us up.

The staff was friendly and gave us a desirable room on the first floor! The hotel was super clean and breakfast was hot and fresh. We ate late the first day and early the second day and there was no difference in the food quality. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

My pull out sofa bed the first night had no bedding on it so I had to make it myself both nights when my kids and I stayed there.

Would have gave 5 stars, it was a super nice hotel, but toilet wasn't clean.

Clean, well-maintained property. We thought it was a newer property, but it's been around for 7-8 years! Plenty of parking, right off freeway, right next to shopping (Walmart). Breakfast was good, potatoes were fresh, not frozen. Bed was soft, offer two pillow types for you to choose from. Room was large, highly recommend staying here.

One of the best hotels from this chain I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great. Desk staff super friendly and helpful. Quiet even though it's right off the highway. Room was large, clean and well appointed. I stayed en route to my final destination, and chose to stay again on the way back. A+++
