Employees were wonderful! Very professional and welcoming! Rooms were spotless! So clean! Really, my only complaints were just personal quirks....coffee wasn't the best, lighting in bathroom wasn't the best for putting makeup on....but nothing that is a deal breaker. All-in-all a great experience!

The hotel was newly renovated, and our room was clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and 24/7 coffee. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, staff pleasant, Breakfast good served nicely, parking ok, Things noted spackling beside not completed or painted, cigarette burn in carpet, Power washer on roof of entrance with no signs. All of which are cosmetic and washing is not a daily occurrence. Overall good stay extended by a day. Lovely area with lots of activities.

The room smelled so clean when we walked in. Everything was clean and maintained. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was ok. Would have like regular yogurt options and other fruit options. Only complaint I have is the pancake maker was out of mix and there was no staff to refill. I have a very picky eater and that’s all he will eat in the morning.

They never refunded the $20.00 dollar security fee they collected when we checked in on June 22 They never refunded the $20.00 dollar security they collected when we checked in on June 27 They told us this would be refunded if nothing was damaged. We never received any explanation for why it was not refunded. We stayed one night each time and respected the room. I consider this deception.

We drive a lot of our travels and have always had great experiences here. The staff was outstanding and breakfast was great as expected. We always look first for HIE! We know we won’t be disappointed.
