Accommodation was clean staff exceptional 30 mins from Ark encounter, area safe close to gas station and a few restaurants as well as a wall mart superstore. Easy access to major roads

The only I can mention is no one emptied the trash cans in our room. Not a major thing as we had 3 small ones but I didn’t understand that.

The room itself was spacious and modern. We liked the kitchenette feature. An extra sitting chair with ottoman would have been nicer. The heating/cooling unit is right next to the window side bed in our two queen bed room, and it was uncomfortable when it was blowing across me while trying to sleep - i could not sleep when the blower was on.

We rented two rooms, 410 had a slight odor maybe. Not bad but definitely noticeable. Our other room was completely fine though. Otherwise a perfect place.

The wine was four times more expensive than at a store. Very greedy!

The pullout couch is not a good option for sleeping, especially an adult. It is like a very firm pillow on the ground. The staff was super helpful providing an egg crate and additional bedding but not really a good option for a bed. An updated pullout would be suggested and a handheld shower option.

Very clean, check out was fast, no big issues. My only complaint would be the bright light from the microwave time and the flashing light above the bed for the smoke alarm-need to be adjusted

The staff at this hotel in KY was amazing. We came to KY due to a family emergency and unthinkable loss. Leandra (front desk) and Kristin (overnight) were a few who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. But honestly, all of the staff we ran into over the past 5 days were so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything! I can't say enough about them. The rooms were so clean, the hotel is updated, modern and sleek, the firepit outside was a great gathering location for our family at night to reminisce, and the facility was just a great location. We are heading back in a couple weeks and will definitely be staying at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. We will never stay anywhere else when in Georgetown, KY! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our stay so pleasant during a very difficult time. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of choices and all the food tasted good. Bed and pillows were not that comfortable.
