The front desk personnel were excellent. The rooms were clean and the gym had lots of treadmills

I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to front desk clerks, Demetrius (Demo) and Alexis, who made us feel like welcomed guests and accommodated our every need. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance of several restaurants and next door to a Walgreens. Will definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Absurdly overpriced food and drinks for what you receive, but that's not the property's fault. I imagine that's a decision from corporate.

Room was clean and staff friendly. Man working in Starbucks area had no idea what he was doing. Hopefully it was his first day. Hotel location was great for us.

The place was nice and clean and had great staff, but sadly we struggled with a not working well AC unit. When we first got in the battery was out on the control panel, and then every few hours it kept resetting itself to 75 and we even had to get up in the middle of the night to reset it.

The location was perfect close to all the shopping stores & restaurants. The room was very clean. Not enough Trash cans (very small), the patio didn't offer any chairs for comfort. Totally a waste of money paying extra for a balcony with no chairs.

Staff and stay were great. No complaints at all. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Clean room and comfortable. One staff was unhelpful while checking in with the luggage. check out staff one was very helpful.

Since it was a holiday weekend that might be the reason the cooking staff didn’t show up for breakfast. That was the only disappointment I have.

Everyone there was very accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean and smelled it. Our electricity went out in the late afternoon, and the staff were very good about informing us on updates. When we arrived back after dinner it was back on. We will definitely stay at another Courtyard.

The fold out sofa was horrible-like laying on the floor! And I’m not joking. They need to do something about that. Extremely uncomfortable. This would keep me from staying here again if we had 5 in our group again.
