These rooms are incredibly expensive, yet it’s disheartening to find that they’re not cleaned daily. Our room was left in a state of disarray, with trash piled up and towels that had been used. We had to personally request a towel change, but nothing else was done to address the cleanliness issues. We will never return to this hotel. Instead, we’ll stick to the Westin downtown.

The location is a plus.

I was pleasantly pleased with my stay! I loved the area and the astetics of the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will definitely return for another stay!

The hotel is pretty new and clean, and our room was clean as well. Access is confusing, as the hotel is situated in a shopping center and there was no sign we could see. Food was our only negative. Better eat before you arrive. We tried to call the Overland restaurant on the top floor to get dinner, but they would not answer the phone. Tried multiple times and their website says reservations suggested. You can’t make a reservation when they won’t answer the phone! The other closest restaurant requires slacks and collated shirts. At breakfast, the coffee urn was empty and there was nobody to refill. Food was subpar, but I made a waffle and skipped the rest. On another note, the hotel is further away from I-40 than it appears on the map, and we were not wanting to go that far from the interstate.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and very courteous. The breakfast was great. Overall the hotel was clean.

Everything was amazing! We were intown for a wedding and the stay was top-notch I love Arriot properties and I’ve never stayed at a Townplace, but everything was amazing even walking distance to a few restaurants! We will be back!

Yes, but when i booked rm it was supposed to be a king size bed and a couch in rm. But rm had 2 queen beds and no couch, was same price but a smaller rm. Other than that it was a very nice place.

No body lotion, No drain well, No temp control
