Beds suck !!! Sheets was used had dirt n hair on them room not very clean shouldn’t have to ask for towels just a knock off cheap version of a Hilton I’d be embarrassed to be a manager of that place there’s a reason it’s a 3 star

What really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendly service made me feel right at home.

I reserved an accessible room with a bathtub. Got one with a shower. I got there on Thursday, and left on Sunday morning. Room was never cleaned. Not once. And the parking was horrible every night. Very dissatisfied.

there was plenty of parking. the breakfast got me going as i departed and the room was clean.

Property was clean Staff was rude and lazy, took 45 minutes to get checked in and we were only ones there. We asked every morning for clean towels and basically was told your out of luck we don’t have any. Had to get towels from gym and pool to take showers after first day. Breakfast tasted like it had been under heat lamp for days at 7 am, dry and burnt. Pool was super dirty and ice machines worked if you tried for 20 minutes.

Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! The staff were amazing, the room was phenomenal! Clean, comfortable and everything was thought of! The darkening shade was so good I slept in. The bed was perfect. The touch of the welcome on the tv was a cherry on top. The breakfast was good. I was sad to leave!
