Be not deceived by the pictures! When I arrived to check in the front desk clerk made it know they are a smoke free hotel, yet when I went in the first room someone had been smoking in it. Second room was stuffy and Iike someone checked in already. Third room was better (When the clerk from the front desk came to the smoked room she didn’t even go into the room just open the door, step back then denied the smell but offered another room by the way!). Every door is a push pull door my fellow wheelchair users, but please only use the front because the back door coming in smells like weed all the time( that’s also the staircase)! Yes they have an onsite laundry facility that’s great! It’s $4.00 to wash or dry by the way! When I forgot my fabric softener the clerk said it’s a charge per dryer sheet but she’d have to get back with me on a price. After being there a few days I needed more wash cloths since housekeeping doesn’t come in daily and was told to bring the dirty ones down to get new ones and the same for sheets. When I wanted to complain the point of contact walked in while I was talking, grabbed money and left. No type of acknowledgment. The breakfast is not what you think either! They call it a grab and go… but it’s nothing to grab! Never and I do mean never again! One positive is the beds are wheelchair height. If you sweat in your sleep take the plastic mattress protector off! Water not very hot!

I liked the property and felt safe. The only thing I didn’t like was the slamming doors early in the morning.

Safe pretty area convenient to I240, and clean beds and rooms. Some basic maintenance was undone, and shoddy flimsy choices for some furnishings.

Booked online and showed confirmation that I paid and everything still proceeded to double charge me! Then room is so outdated for the area that this hotel is in! Shower temperature was terrible!

Clean Handicap parking. People were parking in handicap parking to unload groceries and some cars did not have handicap placards or license plates. Need more handicap parking and spots need to be monitored. Room 133 needs some maintenance to curtains. Bed too soft.
