Nothing they canceled my booking then tried to charge me a early check in fee of a 117.00 dollars so me and my family slept in our van in a random parking lot the desk person was very rude.

Nothing!! , the person that greeted me at the front desk was extremely rude and arrogant. And forgot the concept that the customer is always right. He was very hostile and speaking to me because I asked him a question and he continued to over talk me. And the fact that they charge you for every little thing. I was put in a non-smoking room but the room reeked of cigarette smoke and so I left and canceled my reservation and went somewhere else.

. The first one really smelled like old smoke and mildew. The one on the second floor was ok for me to get too. The room and fixtures were covered in prints and smudges, there was dust on all the fixtures as well. I was a little disappointed, as we stayed at one in Grand Rapids, Mi for 2 months while they finished our house. My account seems to have disappeared from then as well. I believe we had a couple comp nights, but that would have been 2015, so it may have lapsed. We are going to travel more though. We Will finally have time. Just thought you should know about the room. Have a good day.

It was a comfortable stay! The bathroom light didn't come on at first

There was blood on the sheets and the hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Also the floors had not been swept and hair was in the shower.

Convenient and quiet No smart tvs

No parking reservation needed as written in the description. Food still in the fridge from people who had it before. No breakfast Was given my card without any directions and details about where to go for my room.

poor communication with certain staff members On me and my partner’s 2nd days of staying, we left our room for maybe 2 hours just to come back to no air conditioning and it was very hot in there. We returned with the expectation of going to sleep so we can prepare for work in a comfortable room. My biggest problem is not being notified at all about any maintenance doing any work in my room specifically. we left all of our personal belongings in and around the room because we thought we were somewhere safe and trustworthy but we were wrong.

The person in the room above us sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling around 4:45 to 5 am every morning. You could smell pot out in the hallway sometimes and just outside the side door. The staff was nice but no dishes, or cookware or coffee pot in the rooms and if you wanted some you had to pay for them. $30 for a coffee pot. We just went to Kroger and bought paper plates, etc. they did provide coffee downstairs ea morning but the breakfast is only nutra grain bars. Or a small pkg of choc or powered donuts and sometimes a banana . The area of tow. Is not bad. Ac worked great. Elevator was out one night but fixed the next morning.

The staff is always nice and accommodating.

room met my expectations The property charged my debit card for a properly cancelled reservation via booking.com because i needed to change arrival date by one day. The hotel charged me again at the hotel at check in for my new reservation and now it has been a hassle to get the refund from extended stay america as booking.com customer service did not charge my debit card at all. hotel claimed booking.com charged my debit card which they did not.

The staff was absolutely amazing with great attitudes The breakfast was very mediocre
