Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park

Hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I usually get a late check out they said no.

We were traveling from TX to move our child in for college and it was an amazing stay

Enjoyed our stay

Another disappointing experience was during breakfast, when water was dripping from the ceiling onto our table.

Unfortunately, the rest of our stay did not reflect the Hyatt standard. Our room had no hand soap, and the sheets in the sofa pullout were visibly dirty. There was also a fire alarm incident that created significant chaos. We had stepped out briefly, but had to return immediately as our kids were soaked from the pool and forced to take the stairs to the 4th floor once guests were allowed back inside. Breakfast the next morning was equally disappointing. By 8:30 AM, the eggs and waffle batter were already finished, and staff were not helpful when we asked for refills. I was even asked to clean my own table, which was surprising and not in line with the level of service expected from Hyatt. Hyatt is known for excellent service and consistency — unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. The room rate should reflect the reality of the stay, which felt closer to a 2‑star experience.

I prepaid for 4 nights but only stayed 3 nights. So disappointed that I never had any room service (cleaning) the entire time so I checked out early,

Nice setup, good location

We were very pleased with the facility and our room. The breakfast offered a nice variety and the fruit was fresh and tasty. The only issue was a broken glass in our room and it was left for us to use. Otherwise everything else was great. We would stay here again.

Clean room. Tv didn’t work and we reported it.and it was never fixed.

Hotel was clean, helpful staff, and a good location.

The exceptional care of us made us feel like we were part of their family. I would love to commend them on a job well done.

Great staff, breakfast was good but you need to not wait until 30 min left as they seemed to run out of everything.

It was trash. Unkept property. Room was falling apart, pull out bed completely broken and gross. Unclean sheets. Don’t stay here.
