Clean spacious room. Nice and friendly staff. Will stay again.

Location was great for our purpose. We went to an event close by and didn’t want to drive back home late night. Room was nice and clean, and had a fridge which was important to us because we brought food back. Front desk clerk was awesome and friendly. Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast onsite because I had to leave and go to work. For a Hyatt brand the bathroom was small for the price.

Booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out, at check in the only room available was one bed and a pullout, for 5 people. We made it work. When picking a hotel our #1 need was a hotel with a pool, advertising as the pool being open until Oct 1 but the pool was already closed for our stay Sept 25. Not cool. Not cool at all. Make your listing match your actual amenities and not what sounds good. Bate & switch. Would never come back.

I liked the size of the room. I didn't like having my room not cleaned 2 days in a row.

Location is convenient and lots of parking. Breakfast was completely unstocked and no care taken to cleanliness. If you arrive later but still within the allotted time there will be no items left. Hotel is dated, facilities dirty and out of action. Swimming pool closed. Rate was expensive. Shady people hanging around in car park and hotel.

Cleanliness was not good. The room smelled of mildew and we killed a roach at breakfast!
-
Location Everything else. The room smelled and was damp. The breakfast was comically pitiful. Everything is old. The elevator smells like vodka. the commissary was barely stocked. Will never stay here again. It’s obvious the owners are incredibly cheap and do not invest in the property.
-
Worst hotel ever the staff was terrible and unprofessional not very helpful at all, and there wasn’t a phone in the room. The carpet was dirty. The couch was undone and then it took 30 minutes for them to come to get our receipt.

The location The door today bathroom shower was very small hitting the bathtub. The vanity sink was not draining properly.
-
Nothing. The reason this hotel was chosen was because the had a pool. The pool looked like it had been closed for days instead of the day before
-
The hotel is under new owners, and they got rid of the bar and the hotel does not sell alcohol anymore.

The Hyatt is in the business of overbooking and then screwing over guests who already had a reservation. They tried to blame Expedia for the confusion when they themselves confirmed the reservation and then later tried to say the room I booked was not available and that I had to settle for a smaller room that would not sleep my entire party. We had to demand to speak with a manager which is stressful and agitating. Additionally, the bathroom sink had a loud leak so we had to use the kitchenette sink to brush our teeth & wash our hands next to our food. There were stains on the wall. The pool was filthy. Someone threw up in the pool and management came out, looked at it, said it'd looked fine, and went back in. There are water stains on the ceiling of the lobby. This place needs to be either remodeled, closed down, or under new management. I will think twice about any other Hyatt hotels or associated brands after this experience.
