Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park

I was going through my Aunt's storage and bringing stuff back to sort. The staff was very helpful

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was very clean but the carpet made the room smell damp. I absolutely loved the shower jets. Breakfast was awesome. Had a variety of choices. Nice area near shopping stores and expressway.

For one I feel like u guys should let it be known if we gonna have to pay a deposit fee when we arrives

Nothing, the staff was very rude, and unapologetic about the mildew in the room. The restaurant was closed. We were very hungry and to tired

I could not check here due to not having credit card under my name for incidentals. I had 3 different cards that could’ve been charged or offered to pay cash or with a credit card authorization form as it has been done one way or another at any other hotels. They kept my money and couldn’t not refund me after the reservation had been fully paid for. I had to stay at the Holiday Inn across the street and was able to check in no problem. Very inconvenient they don’t have options to help you check in after reservation had been fully paid!!

As for parking I was surprised for the charge of $7- per night. It must be advertised when we make the reservation and not just when I arrived to the hotel ( like I had a choice I already paid for the room) This is kind of misleading, bad for business

Clean rooms , luggage carts availability, environment was nice. The family room fit us well. Breakfast was very healthy.

Very friendly and personable staff. Very helpful. Location is safe. Room was nice. Good rate. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Solid pick. Will be back.

Location was good.. overall it was good . The entrance and parking lot could use some improvement kinda rough .

The rooms were nice, and very spacious. Breakfast was a great added plus too. The only thing was, one of my rooms shower had no water pressure. That's the only thing I can come up with right now. Overall, the stay was great.
