This property is being remodeled, but was only slightly inconvenient. Our tv wasn’t working, so we had to move into next door room. The rooms were nice on the fifth floor, and we had a good view. The outdoor swimming pool was excellent!

When we finally got checked in and went to our room, it was a double queen “full”, and we booked a king over two weeks in advance. And I called twice to confirm and make sure we had. When we called to ask why. She blamed it on us and said they are booked and had no kings available. When we got laid down, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable but we just need a little rest and showers before my wife’s surgery. Our family that came with us had a very bad experience as-well including everything that was said above. They got woken up due to a faulty fire alarm going off and 7 fire trucks swarming the hotel and they good barely get out! They also had to feel with breakfast being late and construction as well. This all would have been a much better experience if the staff was better and had better communication, care and knew what they were doing! And NOT lazy. She would sit and and not move and hatful!

Clean property. Reasonable price. Easy access to I240. Friendly staff.

Good breakfast, affordable, in east Memphis which is safe, very friendly front desk staff, nice gym It’s a little run down - it’s actually going through construction right now, which was a surprise. It clearly had better days in the past… It had a very nice gym.

Quick stay before heading out to Georgia. Building is a bit dated. Check-in was a little shaky at first but staff was Top Tier. Location was renovating two floors, so from 9-5 they make noise. Staff made me aware and they offered free breakfast to make up for it. All and all not bad at all but for a Sheridan chain you'd expect a little more.

The workers are careless, loud & even had an “altercation” in the lobby.

The hotel is under renovation and guests are being compensated with a delicious breakfast! We would stay again if in the area!

There was some renovations or upgrades of the rooms where the work could be seen at the exterior of the property and in one of the two elevators, the latter being covered in cardboard and padding inside to protect it.

What I did not like was being awakened early in the morning because the hotel was doing renovations. Even with that it was still a lovely stay

The breakfast had a large variety

Property is under renovation, so besides the construction going on around the hotel, the stay was satisfactory. I wild recommend staying here.

Did not like that it was so far from downtown Memphis.

For what my husband & I paid for it, it was smaller than our other stays at other hotels! Bed was hard, have our back hurting. Pillows were extremely soft as if they were cheap!!!! The price was total different in person verse online!! The location was good but I wouldn’t stay again!!! Staff were helpful!!! Food was good for breakfast!!!

Like that breakfast was free this time (only because they are doing renovations) rooms clean. Staff nice and helpful. Would definitely book again
