Air conditioning was not working properly. Turned thermostat down to 70 and room temperature stayed at 77 degrees all night

The staff Trash left in the rooms. Carpets and bathroom floor where dirty. Had to pay for wifi and breakfast. Dinning room area dirty. Pool was hot and not clean. Menu was lacking for food choices. Prices for snacks were way over priced.

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in Memphis. Staff was amazing and helpful. I’ll be staying here over the other hotels in the future when I return to Memphis.

This was a wonderful classy place. Very comfortable rooms. Great bar (though really really pricey). Great breakfast. Some of my early morning breakfasts found the lobby not quite ready for guests--dishes etc. from the night before. These were cleaned up later, but I was surprised that it wasn't done before guests would start waking.
