Super comfortable bed

Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. The room was clean, breakfast was ok. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room #213 had towel holders falling off the wall. The bathroom door could not be secured as the hanfle was barely holding on. The a/c air handler in the room was extremely noisy and i didn't get much sleep because of it. We had to use a clothes hanger to properly close the curtains. There were smokers at the front door at all times. The toilet seat was loose and slid all over the place. The caulk around the tub looked like a five year old applied it, very sloppy with cracks. I've had better lodging at budget motels, considering this suite cost at least 50-100% more than many places I've stayed. Won't stay there again.

Our room was great. Amenities were good. Hallways a bit dated, but everything was overall a great experience.

Location was easy to find, easy to navigate the area as it sits in a business park with many buildings not in use in the evenings. Checking in we were told they host a social hour (lasts for 2 hours) with some food and free beer/wine/sodas. As soon as we unpacked we headed there and had quesadillas and nachos, beer, iced tea; enough food so as not to want to leave and find a restaurant. Likewise, breakfast was available in the morning, complimentary, and very good. Room was very comfortable, bathroom had plenty of towel racks/hooks. Lighting in the room could have been better; difficult for my wife to read in bed.

Convenient location near other family members we were visiting. Hotel accommodated our last-minute reservation, which was greatly appreciated. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Laundry facilities were convenient and well-maintained. Nice fitness center and pool. Updated appliances in the guest rooms. I had hoped our rooms would be located closer together. Room 229: Chair needs repair. Room 229: Could use a more thorough cleaning, especially under the bed, around the headboard, and near the return air vent. Room temperature was difficult to regulate and keep consistent. Refrigerator did not have an ice maker, although I was told it should. Security lock on the door appears loose and should be tightened. Bathtub shows significant wear; the bottom feels soft and flexes in the center, making it feel unstable. Pullout sofa mattress in Room 221 could use replacement or updating. As someone who works in risk management and tends to notice maintenance and safety details, I may be more observant than the average guest, but I believe these items are worth addressing.

Location isn’t bad. Breakfast was nice. Very dated and in need of maintenance. Ceiling texture was falling off. Inside room door (like the bedroom door and the bathroom door) wouldn’t shut. The AC ran, but it was so loud and right next to the bed which made me feel like I was sleeping next to a running car engine. The entire hotel was musty and had a very powerful smell.

My wife and I were impressed upon entering the property. Great staff, clean lobby, spacious room and excellent location. I would certainly stay here again when I visit the Memphis area. A 10 out of a 10.

Breakfast bar wasn’t kept clean. Food ran out. Had to wait. Room was clean. Front desk never answered the phone. Had to go ask for toilet paper. ITS A SUITE with several guests per suite.
