I loved the facility. Everything was nice and clean. The property had an upscale vibe.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice shower with good water pressure and quick hot water delivery. Room was clean and well maintained with some space to move around. We will return on future visits to Memphis.

The card reader to get into the parking lot was hard to use. The sheets also had some stains on them. Safe location.

Convenient location, secure parking and friendly staff. Elevator was down during this stay. However, staff did inform of this before switching our room.
