Embassy Suites by Hilton Memphis East Germantown Area

Had mentioned air conditioning not cooling. Said someone would come by, later that evening room still stuffy. No towel replacement with housekeeping, door went dead and had to call maintenance to let us in. Mattress needs to be updated. Facilty is nice just needs a few updates.

Exceptional

Very good

The property was beautiful and well kept. The front desk 2nd shift lady that worked Saturday night 8.29.26 was very rude to us. We were in town for a football match for youth boys. Quiet time wasn’t until 10 pm so why did she close the pool at 7pm saying it was time for maintenance. The maintenance men never went to fix the pool. You can check the cameras. Secondly she called the police on us for sitting in a lobby that was supposed to be available due to they serve food and alcohol for happy hour 5:30-7:30. She carried herself in a rude manner and was not professional. Also during breakfast Sunday morning the omelette chef touched the rug on the floor to fix it before fixing our food. She did not change her gloves. This is very unsanitary. All other staff were great and treated us with respect and was happy we were there.

Overall Needs improvements because the Pool was closed and could not swim because to many kids splashing and diving in pool! Also, one room was not like pictures

fantastic breakfast
