The area feels safe. The remote control: I had 1 for 2 tv. The telephone in the room did not work. I called maintenance

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and common areas did not meet basic cleanliness expectations, and it was clear that housekeeping standards need improvement. Unfortunately, the staff also wasn’t very helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. While no hotel is perfect, I expect a clean room and attentive customer service, and this property fell short on both. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

One remote for 2 tvs- with only one of them having channels to watch, but other than Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing! Love that the gym is 24 hrs.

The room was great! Very clean bed was great breafast good of course. Parking great! The grounds were well kept and safe. Didn't get a friendly vibe from front desk. As I usually get during my stays in Memphis. Also wasn't informed at check in the cleaning crew were short staffed and I needed to put a request in the night before for room service. Would have been nice to get a heads up. Missed the pancakes too.

I always choose Embassy suites they are always nice and accommodating.

Secure parking with security. When my family got there it had already been a crazy long day of driving and our room that should have had two queen beds had been given to someone else (they had a basketball team and a baseball team staying there so we know where it went). Obviously it added to my already exhausting day, however the man working the counter most likely the manager gave us an extra room, so we had two king size beds. We had a problem and he had a solution and for that we were especially grateful. The rooms were clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast had everything that one might want. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel and rooms were very clean. The evening reception was very nice and relaxing. Had a lot of drink options and plenty of choices for snacks (chips, veggies, dips, party mix). The breakfast buffet was nice and super convenient for everybody with plenty of seats.

I really and truly enjoyed my 2 night stay, I had slept like a baby

And witnessed an entire pool party in the facility. I was extremely disappointed that I could not swim on my birthday, a pool was something I was looking forward too. I remember this place used to Be top notch it was my first experience in Memphis sad to see it on such hard times.

This hotel was very clean the staff was very courteous and nice the breakfast bar was great eggs to order they did not run low on any of the items on the food line my room was nice and clean it was something you would expect at a four or five star hotel I will be returning parking was great
