Our stay was okay except for the mattress, we told staff three times that the mattress was uncomfortable and squeaked with each movement. We were told by maintenance he would replace but never saw him again. We slept on the mattress for 8 nights and nothing was done to correct the problem. Disabled rooms with a low mattress still the mattress should be comfortable, we have stayed in other hotels disabled rooms without such a low mattress, one other minor problem there was two televisions with one remote, having to go from one room to the other for the remote if we weren't watching same program.

Water leak in bedroom 133 with pool was constantly closed and broken couch bed in room 134. Staff was great and friendly with maintenance people.

The room was not made when we got there had to make our own bed. The ice vending machine was broken had to find another one on different floor. Breakfast was good and the lady that checked us in was good and knowledgeable

Breakfast was delicious. The only downside is they don’t put out the waffle maker in the weekends. The entire staff was nice and I love the area. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Definitely coming back

Clean room. The A/C does not keep up. I called asking if it would cool down. She said when it's above 90 outside, the a/c simply just can't keep up. We had it set as low as we could and the room wouldn't get cooler than 75. The woman who checked us in didn't make much eye contact, spoke so quietly and mumbled. Also, she didn't seem to know much. I asked when the pool closed and she said "I don't know, 8 or 9." It turns out its open until 10. I do like the layout of the hotel. It's unfortunate you have to pay for parking on top of your room.

The property lacked towels, blankets and the usual customary necessities for a person. The TV did not work, the phone in the room was not working, it took several hours for the maintenance person to come and then we had to wait another several hours because he did not have the necessary equipment to fix it …. Needless to say it never got fixed because we gave up waiting for him to return. No clean sheets, towels etc. The experience was terrible and the staff offered no explanation or remedy.

Room was clean the staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Parking was ok but you have to pay.

It’s in a great location & has an indoor pool. When I got to stay somewhere with the kids, I make sure they offer everything my kids love. When we got there about 630-7pm , the kids instantly went to the pool. Once we got into the room, we noticed the internet wasn’t working. We contacted the front desk. Ask to be moved to another room. She said repeatedly in a nice nasty way that the hotel was completely sold out & she will give me a 20% discount off. & Basically told me to just watch basic television. I told her I didn’t want to it. I’m an app girl & plus, you can’t even see what’s on the television cause the title wasn’t showing. & she just kept repeating herself. I asked for her boss & she said she IS the boss! She’s the operations manager but I can call Monday and speak to the GM!! So I just turn the air on and went to sleep ! Woke up at 130am sweating and the kids complaining that they’re hot ! We call front desk and once again, there’s nothing they can do until the next shift arrives at 7am. I can’t sleep like that . It’s 90 degrees in the room and yall want me to stay until maintenance arrives at 7! HOT!! We packed all of our items to leave. Once we get downstairs and my husband goes to get the car, the front desk clerk ask me if I want to get another room! Unbelievable!! Because the “operation manager” told me hours ago that there weren’t any rooms available due to them being sold out ! So my husband was even more irritated & said NO, the car is already packed ! She could’ve did that earlier!! So we had to drive a 1hour and 45 minutes trip home . We didn’t get home until 325am. The overnight clerk was nice. But whoever that operation manager is needs more customer service classes !! She’s very unprofessional as well !!

Beautiful updated and spacious lobby. Wonderful breakfast. The bed in our room was super low to the floor

250 deposit to stay in here is just ridiculous! The elevator is very out dated. Room smelled like bleach.
-
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed complimentary happy hour. Room wasn't ready, but staff was very pleasant which made the wait more bearable.
-
both telephone in rooms were dirty, shower was not clean, toilet seat was rocky. employee making eggs/omelets didn't have help, long wait. mixed nuts at happy hour were rancid both nights- not changed. elevators not clean. front didn't have shaving cream. there was supposed to be water bottles in room per front desk- since we were hilton honors members as well free water. when we got to room not bottles, called front desk and she told me i had to come get them. hotel doors locked when we were trying to check in.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good. Unable to try the pool as it was packed! Room was not very clean but it was a nice large room. Overall a nice hotel

Parking lot spots are not good for big vehicles or mid-size vehicles .its hard to get in or out of you car ,just to close to the next car on both sides.its probably something that will be never corrected. Other than that ,its the only place I will be staying when im in Memphis.

Bed was comfortable, but to low to the ground.
