Clean Great location Nice decor in the lobby I didn’t like the opening at the bottom of the hotel room door.

Loved our stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Only complaint is that my bathroom sink did not have a stopper.

We appreciated the spacious hotel room and bathroom. The gym had just what we were hoping for. However, the most impressive thing to me was the front desk person who greeted us upon check-in. Her name was Christine and she did a phenomenal job. She was welcoming, thoughtful, and always greeted us as we were coming and going. This is a young woman who understands customer service!

No coffee in room. No service.

The room was large and clean. It was close to several restaurants. There were no Kleenex dispensers in the room. If I am paying $300 per night for a room, I expect at least that. The breakfast was pitiful. Scramble eggs and link sausage were the hot entrees. That was it, no bacon, no hashbrowns. Got a box of cereal and the milk container was out of milk, regular coffee ran out and had to wait forever for refill. No fruit, bananas for breakfast. Some apples on central table.

The location and facilities were decent. The front desk girl, Jennifer, was extremely rude. She was rude to my mother and then to me when I tried to clarify the situation. In the end, Jennifer was mistaken and didnt want to admit it. Unfortunately, we were staying there for a funeral and I didnt have the energy to find another hotel. I do not recommend this location.

Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again

Parking and security were great as well as the staff. Negatives were only a half roll of toilet paper in bathroom, no bar of soap but instead was liquid soap attached to the shower wall so if you took a bath you had to stand up to get a squirt of soap, plug in tub was broken, front desk used to put fresh baked cookies out in lobby for guests, hardly no items available from the little store, and cable was out so no tv.

Hampton Inn-Germantown serves warm chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal cookies in the lobby in the late afternoon! And that’s just one reason I enjoyed my stay. My room and the entire property were exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and just give you a good feeling. The environment has signs with upbeat sayings that create a positive atmosphere. Amenities like Keurig coffeemaker and wireless charger at bedside are great. Nice, but small outdoor pool. Breakfast was good with lots of variety, except healthy toppings for the oatmeal like almonds or bananas would be a plus (they offer chocolate chips and brown sugar). Excellent, safe location near ritzy shopping areas and performing arts center.

The property was very well maintained. The room was very clean. I really enjoyed the cucumber flavored water. The breakfast was outstanding with a large selection of options.

We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them .
