Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis Germantown

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for us. Nothing, However, this is going to seem very silly but the only request I can make is if they would find a better quality of plastic utensils to use at the delicious, complimentary breakfast they provided.

During our four-day stay, we did not receive room service or fresh towels and washcloths, so we had to reuse the same ones. The phone in our room also did not work, which made it very inconvenient to contact the front desk to request clean towels or assistance. Overall, these issues made our stay less comfortable and convenient than we expected from a Hampton Inn.

This is a nice clean and very well maintained establishment to stay When we went to check in the lady could have been friendly but the lady made up for her when we checked out. I highly recommend recommend this hotel

Loved our stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Only complaint is that my bathroom sink did not have a stopper.

We appreciated the spacious hotel room and bathroom. The gym had just what we were hoping for. However, the most impressive thing to me was the front desk person who greeted us upon check-in. Her name was Christine and she did a phenomenal job. She was welcoming, thoughtful, and always greeted us as we were coming and going. This is a young woman who understands customer service!

No coffee in room. No service.

The room was large and clean. It was close to several restaurants. There were no Kleenex dispensers in the room. If I am paying $300 per night for a room, I expect at least that. The breakfast was pitiful. Scramble eggs and link sausage were the hot entrees. That was it, no bacon, no hashbrowns. Got a box of cereal and the milk container was out of milk, regular coffee ran out and had to wait forever for refill. No fruit, bananas for breakfast. Some apples on central table.

The location and facilities were decent. The front desk girl, Jennifer, was extremely rude. She was rude to my mother and then to me when I tried to clarify the situation. In the end, Jennifer was mistaken and didnt want to admit it. Unfortunately, we were staying there for a funeral and I didnt have the energy to find another hotel. I do not recommend this location.

Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again
