We were in a handicap accessible room which we did not choose. The shower was ridiculous walls cracked and floor was stained in the shower. Bathroom could use an update. We were in the first floor with a window facing the parking lot no curtains just a shade so you could see people walking past our room and see the inside. Will not stay here again.

Clean, well stocked. Front desk check in was very friendly and very helpful.

The location was convenient to everything. I and I take responsibility for leaving my clothes completely, accidentally left some very expensive golf shirts (Callaway & Paul Smith) in the closet. I was in a hurry because of a pressing schedule. I could have made arrangements to ship them to my international destination BUT no one called me to say they were left behind. A thief on staff is unacceptable and I will never stay at a property owned by this company again!!!

Grossly overpriced for the condition and experience. Asked to be moved from original room to another due to sounds coming from the refrigeration unit, only for it to be worse in the new room. Literally didn’t sleep for 3 nights. Temp in room felt like a meat locker, yet couldn’t adjust because the thermostat didn’t work. Bathroom sink in new room was also clogged. And how about periodically checking your gym equipment? The cable crossover machine had a side that wasn’t functional.

The room was fairly clean. The desk staff tried to help but we had a party of 4 & the hotel had no sheets or blankets for the 2 individuals using the pullout couch. I asked the front desk twice & they had no blankets available either night. Since then I’ve messaged the property manager twice and corporate once; it’s been over a week & no response. We had to buy our on blankets to stay at a hotel; seems like this should have been a basic amenity for the number of guests we booked for the stay.

The office person in the morning apologized and organized housekeeping to change it.

Area is convenient to shopping and eating and the highway. Room was nice, quiet, and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning situation. Air condition does not run when you’re not in the room. It runs on a sensor. You have to wait about 15 minutes when you get back in the room for it to come on so after a hot day outside, you can’t come inside to a cool room. Did not get much sleep at night because the air condition did not run. I woke up several times hot.

Nice room. The staff was helpful. Also a good location for restaurants and shopping.

My stay here was great. The check in was smooth and the room was very nice.
