Room was clean, but shows its age. Mattress was soft and lumpy. Although pet-friendly, there was no designated pet area.

Nicer than I expected for an extended stay!

Front desk person very friendly and informative. Room very clean and even had clean aroma upon entry. Gave room itself 4 stars because of a few signs of wear and tear(heavy scratches on lamp stand, Dent in wall due to someone ramming chair into it but it was touched up.and a few small things to a discerning eye) Very quiet during my 2 night stay.Was on the first floor.I would definitely stay here again.

The location is a prime area.They updated the outside patio and having gas or charcoal grills available to use during a stay is appreciated.The staff was friendly. Having laundry facilities on site is a big bonus. Rooms need an update. They have a tired look and bathroom area should be where they start. Bed is ok nothing special about it. Kitchenette could use a few more items to help in that area. Lack of a spatula or tongs . No actual fry pan 8” is way to small for more than 1 person. It should be 10” at a minimum.

Great place to stay for the price. The only compliant I had was the lack of ice machines. The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t make much ice.

Pros: * The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. * The A/C in the room worked great. * The bed was comfortable. Cons: * The hallway felt stuffy, and there was a stale smell throughout. * There were noticeable stains on the bedspread. * A baby roach decided to greet me while I was using the bathroom at 2 a.m. 😩 * The floors were extremely creaky, which made it difficult to sleep on the second floor because I could hear movement above/around me. * The shower pressure was extremely weak. For a one-night stay, it was manageable, but between the cleanliness concerns, noise, and shower pressure, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We were in a handicap accessible room which we did not choose. The shower was ridiculous walls cracked and floor was stained in the shower. Bathroom could use an update. We were in the first floor with a window facing the parking lot no curtains just a shade so you could see people walking past our room and see the inside. Will not stay here again.

Clean, well stocked. Front desk check in was very friendly and very helpful.

The location was convenient to everything. I and I take responsibility for leaving my clothes completely, accidentally left some very expensive golf shirts (Callaway & Paul Smith) in the closet. I was in a hurry because of a pressing schedule. I could have made arrangements to ship them to my international destination BUT no one called me to say they were left behind. A thief on staff is unacceptable and I will never stay at a property owned by this company again!!!
