I really liked vincent, front desk clerk! Absoulayy awesome.

When we arrived, the room temperature was 86 degrees and the A/C was non functional. Waited ten minutes to see if it would kick on and it did not. Called down and they said 'soon' someone would be by. Did not want to wait long in 86 degrees and noted that we would not stick around for much longer than 5 minutes. On arrival, "anthony" walked right by and into room without a word. After changing it from wall controlled to unit controlled, walked out and while facing the other direction said it was fixed. After asking how long it would take to cool, the answer was 'seconds'. I asked how many 'seconds' and he said we should start counting. After asking for a different room, was told they were overbooked and no rooms were available. Left hotel for 2 hours and it was down to 76 degrees. Next day, went down for some juice at 9:40 (breakfast 7-10) and a woman down told us, "what are you doing?" and mentioned we would get a glass of juice. "We're closed, you can't do that." both elevators creaked so loudly and uncomfortably, you wondered if it would make it up the few floors it needed to.

We booked a room with and extra couch bed for six people and there was no extra lining in the room and when we asked they told us they didn’t have anymore. House keeping came in didn’t do anything n left my door open and we were gone that whole day. Thankfully we had all our valuable items with us. The breakfast was literally microwave sandwiches everyday. It wasn’t the worst but definitely could do better.

I must say the hotel and front desk staff are awesome....but when it comes to the hostess who worked the weekend she needs to be taught manners when it comes to speaking and treating guest she's plain RUDE....

No hot water in the morning.. stained sheets.. locked out room for 2 hours because system was down

This hotel is in a great location close to I-95. Rooms are spacious, especially at the price point, and clean. Check-in went well and the stay was pleasant. We'd definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel occupancy was 25%; parking lot 25% filled, if that. Room given was right next to elevator; heard elevator weights moving with every vertical movement. Other guests heard in the hallway, one couple, no one else on that 2nd floor wing; heard no other voices that afternoon to midnight. Minimum 3 people on 2nd floor and I was assigned the room adjacent to elevator bank. Check out time was noon. No clocks in room but phone provided time and alarm clock. Awakened by Housekeeping knocking on my door; awakened out of deep sleep. I replied sluggishly and asked what time it was. Housekeeping reply: NOON! I huddled! Did not take time to check phone to double check the time; but I wondered why alarm did not sound. Too busy packing up and getting myself downstairs and out; maybe 20 minutes to get myself out and into my car. Housekeeping laughing as I hustled into the elevator; didn’t think much about it till I reached the car and saw the real time. Packed car, started car; time: 10:30AM! Housekeeping woke me 2 hours before checkout time of NOON! Housekeeping could access room sooner than later and maybe leave earlier that day. Don’t know. Guess a one night visitor does not rate much respect: $156.00 a night apparently is insufficient for respect. Will NOT return to this property again, for any length of time. Traveler beware!

We only stayed one night breakfast was disappointing. Guests were filling thermos up with juice. Trash overflowing. Fruit had turned colors. Not very nice. For a Marriott property broken room windows and bathroom sink was very cracked. Television was a challenge

Was the worst place ever. Had a room reserved. Got there and they gave my room away. And charged the same thing. Never gave me a discount or anything. Worst place.

Good hotel for the price.
