Best staff ever

Our stay was amazing. Clean room. Comfortable bed. I had a better night sleep at this hotel than I do in my own bed!!

We had a late check in and the front desk attendant was super sweet and quick to get us in the room. She was amazing. The hotel was vivacious with youth having a good time but the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel a few times now when driving through Richmond and have always had a good stay.

They greeted us nicely when we walked in. The morning lady for breakfast was the nicest. My issue, being a Bonvoy member, was that we told the front desk lady that we just checked out of another local hotel for a truly bad experience. She heard me, then proceeded to check my family and I into a room that clearly had water damage, mildew/nold smell and an AC Unit not working. Room 294 I believe. Why? We ended up having to change rooms - again

Good location Expensive rooms and not all rooms had microwaves and refrigerators, but basically the same price. Breakfast was not included with the price, then it was also expensive.

Location was great . 2 minutes from my camp venue I had ants in my room 301 and had to be switch after they started crawling on me and was in my luggage. Not a good feeling. I tried to endure it for my stay but it became unbearable. I was switched to room 310. It felt like a NEW HOTEL. I HOPE MY BILL GETS ADJUSTED. THANKS

Clean property & close to attractions. My only complaint was front desk. Just no info, & was watching a movie on her phone while checking my family & I in. Just not very professional considering a Marriott property. Also, had issues getting my free breakfast at the property.

Location was good. Stains on walls, shredded curtains, air conditioning bad smell, large bags of garbage in hallway, and received notice under door that the water was going to be shut off during the day for repairs. We needed water during that time because we were attending a sporting event and needed showers. We checked out after one night.

Location is ok Terrible staff, rude and unhelpful, rooms dirty full of ants and even after housekeeping. Air conditioner didn’t work properly rooms smell like humid

Property is becoming run down, and not cleaned or maintained well. I stayed in two different rooms over eight days, and visited friends in other rooms. In the first room there was mold in the refrigerator and around the shower. In the second room the shower curtain was mildewed, there was mold around the shower base, and a cockroach on my fourth day. On three separate occasions the cleaning staff didn’t pull the door shut all the way so the door was left open most of the day. The area around the hotel had many good restaurants but no crosswalks or sidewalks despite busy multi lane streets, making is difficult for kids or people who can’t move quickly to get to many of the stores and restaurants.
