THE ROOM WAS GOOD

The coffee maker did not work. There was a worn hole in the comforter and the bed creaked quite loudly on one side.

Staff was nice.. had a late check out for IHG member. Free laundry was nice to have. Room was clean. Only had 1 working elevator and the working elevator if you didn't move for the door to close properly, you would have to listen to the alarm and it would take about a minute to fully close. Don't look at the pictures when you book... Thought I booked the suite with separate sleeping but apparently I didn't so can't blame them on that. The kitchenette was well equipped and the regular fridge was good to have. I believe it could be updated by looking at the operation of the elevators but it was ok... Will I go back? Yeah, naw.. for the price I could have gotten better. And NO...NO BREAKFAST..don't know what I read but when signing in it stated...breakfast not included ..again for the price we could have had coffee made and at least free eggs and toast.

First room that was given to us. The TV in the living room and bedroom didn't work. So they moved us into another room. We stay in the hotel frequently, and it's always something. One time the room that they gave us wasn't cleaned. The whole room was dirty.

Adequate for one night with no expectations of anything special. At all. Needed cosmetic updates in every area that I saw.

Our stay was not a pleasant one. The day we arrived we found out the TV/Cable/Internet was down. We checked in on Wednesday and the TV etc. was out until late Friday night. We were not able to stream anything or mirror anything at this time either. Housekeeping only comes once a week so when we asked for new towels they didn’t have any they had run out. The hotel had an unpleasant odor in the hallways and rooms. The room and bathroom room were both dusty when we arrived. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk staff were nice but unfortunately not able to help with any of our issues.

Outdated. Lampshade was cracked. Bed was torn at the bottom. Dresser handle was half off.

The room I stayed in was very dusty and look like it’s been sitting for months. My microwave didn’t work (broken handle). The staff was okay no issues there, but their cleaning people don’t wear uniforms so I thought I stranger opened my door with their key. 3 stars!

Hotel looks like a motel,very substandard and dirty.

No one made our bed! Hire more people! Ants in the bathroom! Was blessed to have roof over my head though!

Clean room, extremely friendly staff, definitely will stay here again!! Good breakfast, everything was fresh and tasty!!!

-Towels were not changed when we arrived from previous guest. -Elevator was out of order for portions of the trip -Smell (smelled like weed or spoiled flooring) -Key cards (were constantly deactivating) -Sticky floor -Shower noise (a screeching high pitched noise) -Cold hair dryer -Broken faucet - Out or order business center

I waited in the lobby at the desk for 20 minutes before being helped. The lady working was on her personal cell on a phone call. The door handle didn’t work correctly, forcing me to lift up and not down to enter which in my mind is a safety issue. There was one towel to dry off with. The floor next to the bed was sopping wet, like there was a leak or something. There was no hot water for the shower. Only 3 channels on the tv worked. I booked and paid for a king bed. The room a received was a double queen. I was not given an explanation for this. I could not be offered another room because none were left. I have no idea if I’ve been refunded. I left out of frustration 90 minutes after checking in. UNACCEPTABLE

The room was very basic and the overall place looks outdated and not nicely maintained
