Comfort Suites At Virginia Center Commons

Ac in workout room was broken. One elevator broken, the other was on its last leg. Room was nice, super hot when we got in it. But eventually cooled down. Breakfast was ok.

Clean and staff was great

Clean large family room. Buffet breakfast. Nice place to stop in transit to the beach.

They accommodated us to a new (upgraded) room as the initial had a strong smell like cologne. Good for the price!

Room wasn’t fully cleaned, there was trash under and beside the pull out bed, which we did use during our trip, empty wrappers and water bottles, and food crumbs. The front desk staff was helpful in alerting housekeeping to come clean this area and they did right away. The bathroom had hair on the walls and door, the toilet seat and shower area wasn’t very clean. The sink stopper didn’t work so the sink backed up. The remote control was missing for the bedroom tv but again the front desk staff was very helpful in providing us with a new one. Did not eat breakfast.

The kids and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

When we arrived, the hotel had given away our reservation. We had no room and had to find another hotel. Apparently, they can give away your room and don't have to refund you.

Clean rooms, great amenities. Very helpful staff. They were very kind and professional. I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice but we had no hot water in our room and had to change rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and it is in need of major updates. It was pretty clean.

Great pool and hot tub! Our room was really spacious and the rain showerhead in the bathroom was interesting. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower hadn't been refilled (soap was totally empty so I had to get out of the shower to grab the bar of soap at the sink). The biggest letdown was the bed and pillows. The bed creaked every time we sat on it or moved while we were sleeping, and the pillows were the lumpiest I've ever experienced (I guess I should be happy knowing they were washed, but the filler all bunched into a couple big lumps in each pillow). Breakfast options were good but one of the wafflemakers wasn't working (so we could only make minis). Only one of the two elevators were working while we were there too.

This place is a 10 out of 10 highly do not recommend! There were stains on the pullout couch. The sheets were dirty. They didn’t give extra blankets pillows or sheets for the pullout bed. I had to go downstairs and ask for some and when I went downstairs to ask for some all they handed me were sheets. Both of the queen beds look like the sheets and linen were not changed on it so we didn’t get in until super late and unfortunately had to stay there so we used our personal blankets on top of the bed to sleep at night. The tub had black mold all around it and the breakfast was disgusting. I really wish I could get my money back for my stay. Only positive thing about the day was the nice young man at the front counter who was really helpful and sweet. I really wish I would’ve got his name.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We only stayed the one night so didn’t get to use the amenities but hot coffee and breakfast in the morning was great!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Our room had two TVs. One didn’t work and neither had remotes. Breakfast was the same every day. Would have liked some variety. But overall stay was good.

The rooms were clean. My first room was hot and it was taking a longtime to cool off and the tv remote was missing. I was the moved to another room to accommodate me. The staff were good and the breakfast was delicious. I drove past the hotel because it was sitting in the corner and I ended up at the hotel across the parking lot. I had a good night sleep.

Good close to henrico sports events center
