Comfort Suites At Virginia Center Commons

The front desk lady was awesome. She gave great directions to get our boys uniforms clean. Also the location was great. The boys walked over and I was able to leisurely get there.

The front desk staff was soooooo nice & helpful! Anything we requested, they accommodated and did it so nicely. Those 2 ladies deserve a raise!

Water took a looonng time to heat up in the shower.

All in all a good experience-- just get the staff some help so the experience and property doesn't deteriorate.

The room was filthy. The couch had crumbs all over it. The shower had stray hair. The floor was clearly old as it was ripling from being wet so often and not dried/cleaned properly. At breakfast we asked for more waffle batter and the worker told us they were closing soon (1/2 hour) and wouldn't be bring any out. My white sock on the carpet floor turned black. I'd have left if we weren't traveling through and stuck for the night.

Double charged me, be very careful with this property as they purposely double charge hoping you don’t notice.

Staff is really rude and not helpful Indoor pool chlorine smell is super strong you can barely stay in there for a few minutes

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Shower was great. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok. Furniture in the dining room was old and seat cushions on chairs were peeling off. Just out dated for sure.

The room was very clean when we checked in.... however we were there for four nights and they never cleaned the room. When I asked about it at the front desk, I was told that they only clean every third day.... it did not happen on the third day either.

Lobby was sweltering hot . Could not change temperature in room below 72 it was so hot you could not sleep comfortably. Hotel was very clean breakfast was nice. Did not see much staff was at front desk 3 different times and no one was there had to call for someone. Checked out and they left basket on desk to drop the keys. Brought a drink did not relize it was almost $5.

Guy at the front desk was pleasant. Breakfast was well stocked. Room we stayed in was not very clean…crumbs left on the table and floor when we arrived. AC unit made a loud humming noise to the tune that we just turned it off for the night.

The room I booked was unavailable. The cleaning staff was way behind and I took what was available.

Efficiency

I regretted staying at this hotel. The propery is run down, walls floors and furniture full of stains. The worst part is the lack of housekeeping for 5 whole days (even after asking). Breakfast buffet is the most depressing thing I've ever seen. Most of the staff are kind and try to be helpful, but the hotel is clearly very poorly managed. Cutting corners means bad service, and a bad experience. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere decent instead.

Room was old and not clean. The bathroom bath towel looks not clean saw some black spots on it.

The room was fine. The bathroom was the toilet keep overflowing just going to the bathroom n toilet small seat low to the ground for the price I paid I expect better than this

The room was not that clean. There was hair in the sink as we checked in and several stains on the couch. The room was spacious and quiet atmosphere.
