Perfect for what I needed

Shower floor filthy,air conditioning not working properly,both TVs channels scrambled or pausing.

The hot tub was dirty nasty stuff floating on the top of the bubbles

Nice, clean and convenient

Breakfast was completely absent of food and most trays were just hot water no food. Elevators broken with long lines. Location was only good thing but not worth it to get what you get with hotel quality. Drive 15 mins to Short Pump and stay in a decent place.

Upon entering our room the smell was overwhelming, a pine cleaner oder. The air-conditioning unit ran all night and got louader as the night went on. We thought it couldn't get worse until we went to breakfast , cold scramble eggs and cold sausage. This was our first and last time at this hotel

Stay was great and everything was on point. Room was well equipt and spotless, staff were very polite with great customer service, breakfast was good, parking was plentiful and well lit for safety. Nice quiet environment. Recommended!

Clean room, helpful front desk staff.

Lots of Parking the room were clean and the staff was great the breakfast was outstanding I would suggest to my friends a great place to start

TV remote did not work. He spigot in the bathroom sink was hard to maneuver. I put a hand towel in the tub so I would not slip and fall. The breakfast was the same both days, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, gravy and biscuits. Would have liked a little variety.

Ac in workout room was broken. One elevator broken, the other was on its last leg. Room was nice, super hot when we got in it. But eventually cooled down. Breakfast was ok.

Clean and staff was great

Clean large family room. Buffet breakfast. Nice place to stop in transit to the beach.

They accommodated us to a new (upgraded) room as the initial had a strong smell like cologne. Good for the price!

Room wasn’t fully cleaned, there was trash under and beside the pull out bed, which we did use during our trip, empty wrappers and water bottles, and food crumbs. The front desk staff was helpful in alerting housekeeping to come clean this area and they did right away. The bathroom had hair on the walls and door, the toilet seat and shower area wasn’t very clean. The sink stopper didn’t work so the sink backed up. The remote control was missing for the bedroom tv but again the front desk staff was very helpful in providing us with a new one. Did not eat breakfast.

The kids and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

When we arrived, the hotel had given away our reservation. We had no room and had to find another hotel. Apparently, they can give away your room and don't have to refund you.
