Very good overall especially the pool that was my favourite

It was ok.

My issue is with the Expedia customer service. They were horrible when I needed help. I am looking for alternatives for future. Do not expect they would help if you need to make any changes or correction in your booking .

Carpet needs replace but otherwise very clean. Great towels.

Very professional staff provided great service and support with all inquiries.

Upon check-in, Will at the front desk was super helpful, he printed off the train schedules for us and highlighted the rail lines we needed to take to get into the city, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant. Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was well maintained and the water was warm! The breakfast was your standard continental fare. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

The only redeeming quality was that the front desk was accommodating and the furniture in the rooms were more ornate than most hotel rooms.

Outside of hotel doesn’t look like much but inside is great

We had a great stay at this hotel! It looks like it has been remodeled and the remodel looks great! There is a nice big pool. The restaurant in the hotel had amazing food, with TONS of gluten free choices! I would book here again.

I had an amazing time here!! The pool is amazing and I loved the zone!

No Breakfast, No in-room Microwave.

Rooms were clean and big fit comfortably and staff were nice and friendly.

The restaurant was very good. The dinner contained interesting combinations. The breakfast was basic. The room was shabby with old wallpaper. The room was not touched during our two night stay- no cleans towels, no coffee, etc.

Love this Hotel.I could recommend buying the buffet breakfast. Everything was just great. The only thing I didn't like was the bar doesn't stay open late.

The air conditioning vent/fan was very weak. I had trouble feeling the cool air from more than 10 feet away. The pool could use cleaning and repainting. At first glance, the pool appeared to have dirt on the pool floor, but it was the bare concrete exposed from the paint that had peeled away from the pool floor.

We were supposed to have an accessible room but it had a tub not a walk-in. We weren't able to change rooms until the next day. We were also told the in-room fridge had a freezer compartment but it didn't. Fortunately we were able to have our insulin travel pouch icepacks placed in the office freezer.
