Location was convenient. No maintenance personnel on duty, toilet wasn’t flushing well, we found a receipt floating in it upon our arrival. Called the front desk, only solution was come pickup a plunger, so we did. Bath tub had cracks in it. Elevator wasn’t working, stairs were dirty and hot. Walls were too thin, heard occupants next store tossing up in the late hours, lasting for some time.

The place was quiet and the rooms clean and comfortable. It was confusing to get to at night for the first time due to nearby construction.

I like the fact that my rooms were close together. The pool and free breakfast were a nice add-on. We had to move rooms a few times due to stains on the beds. There was a dead cricket and hair under the sheets, along with orange and yellow stains. I have stayed at other Comfort Suites and was disappointed in this location.

Está bien el cuarto está limpio cómodo.. lo que no me gustó es que todavía no me depositan mi depósito, supuestamente te lo devuelven antes de 10 días y hasta la fecha no ha visto nada, eso es lo que no me gustó

We loved how upscale and classic looking the Hotel was. The rooms were clean and modern from a hotel that has been here forever. I like seeing remnants of the old mixed in with the new and how spacious the rooms were. I definitely loved and took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. That I didn’t have more time to enjoy it!

There are some repairs needed and my toilet ran all night the first night. I jiggled the handle and it stopped mostly but that was a hassle and several tiles coming off the wall

I only stayed for one night but room was clean and much bigger than I thought which was nice. Including the bathroom it was big and clean. Front desk person was nice but you could tell she was preoccupied by her personal phone. Check in was super fast and easy. Good to know that if you are not a resident in AZ they don’t put a hold on your card for incidentals. Breakfast was decent. The biscuits and gravy had a weird taste to it. So I had the waffle and some fruit. The chairs in the dining room were all outdated with cracks and worn material so it was uncomfortable sitting there eating. I just sat on the edge of my chair. I would stay here again but always appreciate when someone gives honest feedback and not just sunshine and rainbows kind of thing.
