The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The location is very convenient to where I want to go. I would like to return to stay at this location and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit.

Front desk staff were excellent. Had trouble with the gate to the parking lot on Brand entrance not opening upon arrival and it was difficult to get help when I called for help. Rooms were really nice.

Breakfast was great. All staff were wonderful and friendly. Shower handle was stuck and water moved from bathroom counter into the floor. All was attended to quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast room was big and very clean with a big dining room area. The gym was well equipped and was able to use it every day. The only question that was weird is that they asked me if I wanted my room cleaned and made everyday! That they usually do it every other day. I asked for it to be done everyday. Very convenient for shopping and dining at very nice places!

We were on the 4th floor. We got off the elevator and immediately noticed a strong musty smell, I’m guessing from the carpet. The room didn’t smell, just the hallway.
