The property is in a wonderful spot, steps away from the Glendale Galleria or Americana at Brand. Easy to navigate, safe & secure parking. Clean modern room, and up to date room technology.

The best part was the breakfast. The beds were not comfortable and the front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant. Seems bothered if we placed a request.

We loved the room, everything was clean, and the staff was very nice, making our stay lovely.

In addition, I reported that our bathroom sink did not drain properly. Despite being told a maintenence man would come shortly, one never came. Finally, my grandson fixed the flow using his debit card to pry open the stuck plug. We stayed at five hotels during an 11-day stay. This hotel was the most unfavorable.
