Ill never go back there again I even checked out 3 hours later

It’s ok. Close to everything though. The pictures make it nicer than what it actually is.

Rooms are falling apart, outlet in the bathroom falling off the wall and did not work, so no power. I requested a room change and they said they'd come look and fix it, whixh they did not do. They overcharged for parking adding an extra day (which I did get refunded). I ended up not even staying the 2nd night. Terrible experience

Broken TV stand and a pubic hair on my bed pillow terrible bath towels very thin

The room was very dirty, unswept/mopped. Stains on the bed. Tv didnt work and the remote was broken. Luckily it was only for a nap and i wasnt stick there for long. Its a Motel, not a Hotel

This is a motel. They’ve tried to put lipstick on a pig, But it is still a very average motel. The outside looked like it was under construction and was big mess. Convenient location for and they had a decent breakfast, those are the plusses. Staff is available for check in 24hrs, which was useful for us. Room has paper thin walls and terrible soundproofing and also gaps in the door, felt very unsafe. I could see light coming in from the street into the room. Could hear the very loud neighbors and street traffic all night long. Bathroom was dirty, smelled of bleach and mold, and had bugs in the drain. We did not shower. Had to pay extra for parking (ridiculous for a motel) overall, you get what you pay for. Would not stay again

The ice machine was broken so no ice with this heat was a bit harsh

There was mold on the shower curtain, the bathroom faucet was Broken so the moved us to a different room. The other room had a busted ironing board and the cabinet door was being held by caulking so it was hanging. Definitely not coming back. Staff was great and it was new ownership so hopefully these things get fixed

Staff was useless, ac was terrible, not a good experience

My room smells like smoke and no shampoo and body wash and hair blower ! They wont check the rooms if the amenities is complete. At the first room i was the AC wasn’t working. Its so frustrating my first time to to that place.

The room #109 power outlet is no power or came off on the wall. And there also have cracks inside the closet and hole on the wall.

Overall excellent spot! Thank you to the helpful staff and there were only two non-major concerns: no remote in the room and my door card kept going out...meaning, it would deprogram. Again, a good time and very peaceful!

Easy parking, clean room

I liked the breakfast and how clean the rooms were. The cleaning staff I’m sure are amazing! The front desk guy was so rude, the old one with a big belly. He was mean to me and my fiance because he was too lazy to open up the pool for us. It was 7pm and pool closes at 9pm according to the other front desk guy. He lied to up and told us it closes at 8pm and the pool was already locked by 7pm? It was a weird experience. The guys energy was rude and gross. I definitely will not be staying here ever again.

Very convenient location to Glendale Galleries, only 5min walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast option was simple but ok - cereal, bagels/bread, waffles, coffee/juices. However, we have a few observations. There is no secure luggage drop - we had to leave all our luggage in the lobby/restaurant area with the front desk watching out which wasn’t great as it left us on edge on a trip to Griffiths Obs. The room itself has been refurbished and was fresh but the front door had gapping at top and bottom. Soundproofing wasn’t great, not helped by the door gaps. For its price, $283 per night, it was pricey for was essentially a motel.

Staff was nice. Place was updated. However, some of our furniture was damaged and the bathroom door was off the hinges. Breakfast- very continental. Pool very refreshing.
