Pros: great location walking distance to Americana and DT Glendale restaurants and shops, reception/staff exceptionally friendly/welcoming, generous with offer of bottled water compared to other hotels that seem to hoard this simple amenity, very clean and spacious room as well as hotel public areas, water seemed to have softener Cons: expensive parking valet or self parking, confusing too since parking is not through the hotel but another company, bed was saggy and uncomfortable, water pressure just ok. Ideas for improvement: better bed, provide kettle to heat my own water in the room, bedside light for reading, night light that's not so bright for when you need to go to the bathroom middle of the night, better prepared breakfast dishes with fresh ingredients (tasted highly processed; I'm sure at the same cost better food can be offered especially if you take on the mind set of providing a home away from home)

The location of this hotel was amazing! We did not realize when we booked how close it was to shopping and great hotels. We walked everywhere and the streets felt safe. It was so quick and easy to get off the freeway to the hotel and then enjoy the area. The parking was very expensive- $45/night, but to park on our own would have been a pain. Thankfully the valets were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good -above most hotels for this price range. options like make your own breakfast burritos, non dairy options, plenty of fresh fruit. The room was large, very clean and the shower was so nice. Although there was a pool, there was no hot tub -which would have been wonderful. The door for the bathroom in our room was a sliding door with no lock. Plus the door had a large opaque glass panel, so when using the bathroom at night, the light from the bathroom was seen in the rest of the room, which is frustrating if you are a light sleeper.

Central location, near mall and restaurant. Good breakfast. Clean and friendly staff. Little pricey.

Nice and spacious Queen room with 2 beds and a Sofa. The hotel gave us complimentary water everyday for the duration of our stay. The service was excellent and outstanding. The breakfast buffet was great for 3 days.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado! Está a pocos pasos del centro comercial y de Americana, y se puede caminar fácilmente a restaurantes y otros comercios. Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno buffet, aunque básico, era rico. ¡Muy buena opción!

It was great would definitely go again

This hotel had a great location but the hotel its self was fantastic. I have here with my family. 2 adults and 1 small child. The room is spacious, we had a king bed with a sofa bed. The bed was fabulous and the pillows. I honestly wosh I can take them home. They felt like clouds. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast is included and it was actually very good. Many choice and we didnt expect that at all. We had a great stay, when we come back to LA we will definitely stay here again.

Staff helpful and very personable

Bartender was so rude. Actually said that if we take care of him, he takes care of us. After he ignored my partner waiting for a drink just because the other people at the were tipping him a lot. Hotel was very hot. The AC was not working. It was through the whole building. Elevator broke down. Had to climb stairs 7 floors to get to our room. Asked for extra toilet paper 3 times just for them to give us 1 roll. Of and you have to pay for parking or valet which is so expensive.

The staff was friendly, very sweet bartender, but I left my Gold earrings there and they said they never found them. They were special earrings, other than that the place was pleasant

Two nights I couldn’t sleep because of the AC making noise there was a issue. I told the staff about it. It wasn’t fixed during my day.

Amazing experience

The location was excellent for everything we needed to do in Glendale… Had a very good breakfast, a very helpful staff, and seemed very clean and well-maintained Primarily, and for the most part, the biggest problem was how uncomfortable the bed was… The bed was amazingly too hard, considering us soft it was it was weird, but very uncomfortable
