With the problem in the room, the staff was reasonably in switching me to another room. I checked in rather late about 10:00pm. I was tired and was surprised to find the washing basin dirty. The table next to the basin and the floor were wet.

Nice upgrades and it’s a great location for us when we visit LA !

My room smelt awful, the bed was unbalanced. When I asked the front desk if I can switch my room since the awful smell 3rd floor room 307 fyi. The lady was rude and said the rooms were sold out which is a huge lie. I saw rooms empty cause the curtains were open and see right thru the window smh. This place is horrible. Motel 6 would be better than this. I had to leave my room & check out the 1st night. Also this place collects $100 deposit which is ridiculous of how terrible the facility is. Should be a $1 deposit or a penny deposit. I was definitely fooled on what the website. It got me. Do yourself a favor if you need the lowest rate and cheapest deal for hotels AVOID this place- look for a different deal or spend more for a better stay. Spend extra it’s literally worth it.

We only stayed one night but it was adequate.

Great location for shopping. Area felt very safe. Room was fine, clean and served our needs. Would stay there again.

Room was clean, quiet at night, plenty of food places nearby. A/C was fine. Didn't interact much with the staff outside of check-in and check-out, so no issues there.

The microwave was not clean, had food debris inside and smelled like chili.The shower drain was very slow and the tub filled up with water while showering. Average as accommodations are concerned.

Property was decent. Very close to the malls and lots of dining options nearby.

NA Hair in bathtub was not acceptable. They pushed noisey carts around on the corridors until 2 am. Weird activities went on in the parking lot at night. The pool was so chlorinated that it burned my eyes and skin so much that I had to get out after 2 laps. Tge beds were very soft. I could sleep but my husband could not. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The location is perfect for visitors who don’t drive as it’s a short walk to restaurants, shopping malls, cafes

I always stay here when having to take a family vacation to go to Universal studios it’s very convenient specially with little ones they are very accommodating regarding certain requests

Location was easy to find and very close to a shopping center. Was also very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing i may not have liked is the price of the snacks and other stuff sold at reception. But I am glad they sell stuff there if needed.

Walking distance to great food, Nordstrom, and a target. Great value for the price. Super close to Greek Theater of you are going to a show. Headboard of bed needed wiping down. Just a little deeper clean but overall great stay.
