Vagabond Inn Glendale

Very simple but nice. In the middle of it all. Great pool and room! Perfect for me by myself, and I only needed one night’s sleep before driving back to San Diego. I’d stay there again!

This is not an Inn even that it’s called so. They don’t provide any breakfast or food. The only thing they have is hot water in the office and their office is closed on the staff lunch hours or some other hours.

It was perfect for the one night that I had to use it for.

The walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Room smelled weird once we entered. Room was not cleaned/checked once since the stay. We asked someone and stated without asking their room was cleaned.

Stay was wonderful, worth the price. The pool located in a too much of an open area

My confirmation reservation was canceled at the last minute without satisfactory explanation or solution. This was extremely unprofessional and caused on necessary, stress and convenience, and we never got our money back. I am demanding to receive what I paid for which I didn’t even stay one minute in our room. We never even stayed in the property

Overall the room was clean, until we took a shower. We noticed that the tub had dirt in it and the shower mat was soaked. It seemed like someone used it after it had been cleaned. The location is definitely the best thing about this property. Even my daughter and her friend who live there thought it was a great location. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance. Parking was convenient, though costs a little extra. The area is mostly good with a couple situations involving police nearby. Still, I would stay there again for the location and price.

The bed was middling - not extremely uncomfortable, and far from the worst I have slept in. LIghting was adequate, although the beside lights were too bright. Plumbin worked and the water pressure and temperature was very good. Amenities were basic - shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower and soap anf hand lotion in the sink area. Towels were surprisingly nice for a hotel in this class. WiFi was barely adequate, but with some coaxing worked. Location is great for central Glendale. No surprises on the negative or positive side, and would consider this for the same sort of visit to Glendale again. Would not consider this if I was going to be spending more time in the room or had to work from the room. Pool was in a sparsely landscaped area, looked small but seemed clean (did not use).

The property was clean and well maintained. The beddings were excellent. The staff is mediocre. Parking is ample at the time. Air conditioning is not easy to control to suit your need. Water is not safe to drink per staff but not even a single bottle is provided. Coffee maker operating instruction says use bottle water for better taste but as I said no bottle water, even though it costs few cents a bottle at Costco, is not provided. It is advertised a small variety item available at the office. A bottle of water and a can of soda cost me $6. What a rip off .

Great location and convenient to see places. I love this place. When come to Glendale I aways stay there.

Also book with the hotels site. I got there and hotel would only charge 1/2 of what i paid online.

Limited paid parking. No ice machine on premises. Not bad. Not great. You get what u pay for
