Parking is indeed $8/night but be aware it is not 'directly' behind but one parking area beyond that as there's a few different areas surrounding it. So be prepared to walk just a little bit. If you tire easily then be mindful of that and that the entrance is at street level but then you take 2 sets of stairs to get to the main floor for check in without elevator. They do make sure you know about that both on Expedia prior to booking and by a nice gentle reminder through Expedia messages before your stay. There will be a $150 incidentals hold that will fall off if you don't use it. It's for a basket of little snacks and drinks, some in the in room fridge. I do wish it was noted on Expedia but I typically assume incidentals out of habit. Small flat screen TV in room that works fine on it's own but does have HDMI port if you have something like a fire stick. Bathroom toilet was pretty low and only a freestanding sink without a counter so if you are someone that's needs a taller toilet, make sure you ask if they might be in accessible rooms just in case. There were your typical travel size shampoo, conditioner, body bar in there. Only small dislike was the employee on hand check in night said 'don't you have it in your room?' I had advised we had 1 each but asked for more since my hair is quite long and down past my mid-back.

Cozy, charming and clean room with super comfy bed and well maintained temperature in the room. Great bathroom too. Staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The only thing really is the lack of an elevator. Recommend!

Excellent location with a ton of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Cute boutique hotel with friendly staff and easy parking right across the street. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again if I was in town.

We always stay at this place when in Glendale. Glenda worked the front desk and knew my family by name and took care of us and became friends. This trip we were told that Glenda is no longer here. That was very sad and the service was not so great. This is a convenient location, but parking is a block away. Also you must go to second or third floor without elevator. We did put up with these issues because of Glenda. We miss you Glenda.

Pay attention that hotel doesn’t have an elevator and you have to go up just to reach a front desk. But location is very good and we spent two comfortable nights there

First of all I’m allergic to cigarettes and when I opened the door I immediately couldn’t breathe from the smell of smoke. This was a gross room that I had to go up a bunch of stairs to get to. Immediately after sitting on the bed my skin started to itch and after looking there was hair on the sheets and later found bed bugs. Horrifying nightmare experience I left after a couple of hours after checking in and had bed bug bites on my leg and it ruined my trip this place needs to be shut down it’s a health hazard

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed throughout my visit. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

This is a great place to stay. There are a lot of restaurants and stores to shop. Can any one say elevator I wish there was one here. Every one was very nice and helpful. Im looking forward to my next stay.

I loved this little hotel. Very boutique but the rooms are pristine and the housekeeping staff is amazing. Amazing and safe location right on a walkable shopping area in Glendale. Parking is offsite but it's only a quick walk around the block. You do have to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs but I'm a light packer and this was no problem for me. I will definitely be returning.
