The continental breakfast was Awsome. Beds were comfy. The layout of the room was kind of funky but we have 5 family members so we are glad we could all fit in a hotel room.

The best thing was the breakfast with freshly made omelette and avocado sandwich. The hotel was very neat and the staff were super helpful.

You can tell this property was on the older side. The room was "dark" even with ALL the lights on. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The water pressure in the sink was stronger than in the shower. I needed towels, and they showed up in my room quickly, so that's a plus. The elevators are fast. The breakfast was great, especially the omelet station. I don't know if I'd stay again. The distance to Universal was good, though.

Staff really tried to be friendly but the facility was not what I expected in comparison to the Embassy suites in Palmdale Room cleanliness, size, upkeep. Also breakfast was served after lining up for long time and could not grab just what I would eat therefore there is a lot of waste.

Hot breakfast was good. They actually made avocado toast with fried eggs on top and sprouts for my granddaughter. No lotion in the room or shower caps. But the room was very nice.

The hotel room was so clean, housekeeping was so hospitable anything you called for your room it was brought over very quickly. Breakfast was so good and the chief was very polite made super good omelets. Thank you for making my sons birthday very special, we will be back again!!

We loved this place. Complimentary breakfast and evening drinks/ snacks were great. Our room was cleaned each day so that our big family always had enough towels. We also loved the pool and hot tub on the terrace to relax and watch the sunset.

The hotel is close by to many things- freeway, gas station, dining options, and Universal Studios (short drive). We like how clean the overall hotel was. Our room was very spacious for our family of 5. The breakfast food was satisfying and we really appreciated how spacious the seating area was compared to other hotels we’ve been to. The hotel staff were excellent. We will definitely come back.
