Nice, clean and modern hotel in Glendale.

2. All the rooms doors slam shut and echoes down the hallway 3. The toilet paper holder is falling off the wall 4. The AC outlets on the desk don’t work 5. The USB outlets on the nightstand between the beds don’t work 6. The drain in the tub is broken and doesn’t drain 7. Phone in the room doesn’t work. They ordered parts. 8. We always ask to be away from the elevator, lobby and ice machine. We were put directly outside the elevator and the ice machine because all of the rooms were booked up solid, even though we reserved our room two months in advance. 9. The room was handicap accessible. Bars, rail, benches in the restroom. Quite strange and awkward.

I was impressed with the staff and hotel, Very nice atmosphere. However next stay I will request a room with a bathtub, Did not like the shower set up-NO.

I was charged valet and odd charges for a 12 hr stay. Left at 5am from the loud noises from guests above. I went to the garage and drove away so no valet. Still disputing charges.

The room was very clean, I enjoyed the art exhibit in the lobby. The restaurant didn't have a good selection for younger picky eaters. But that's alright.

Lovely, contemporary, pristine hotel. Comfortable beds and cool details. We would definitely return!

Front manager Moses was condescending, did not keep his word, patronizing, and the valet was unprofessional. The room was definitely not up to par with it being a “5 star hotel”. We were denied a refund, but left without completing the stay anyways because it was THAT horrible. EVERYTHING. It was the most horrible stay I’ve ever had. I’d rather stay at a Motel 6.
