Nice hotel

I was impressed with the staff and hotel, Very nice atmosphere. However next stay I will request a room with a bathtub, Did not like the shower set up-NO.

I was charged valet and odd charges for a 12 hr stay. Left at 5am from the loud noises from guests above. I went to the garage and drove away so no valet. Still disputing charges.

Excellent hotel, with very helpful staff.

The room was very clean, I enjoyed the art exhibit in the lobby. The restaurant didn't have a good selection for younger picky eaters. But that's alright.

Front manager Moses was condescending, did not keep his word, patronizing, and the valet was unprofessional. The room was definitely not up to par with it being a “5 star hotel”. We were denied a refund, but left without completing the stay anyways because it was THAT horrible. EVERYTHING. It was the most horrible stay I’ve ever had. I’d rather stay at a Motel 6.

Great staff, clean and large rooms. Loved the bathrooms in the room. Will absolutely stay again!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay—every staff person there was helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The beds were clean & comfortable—& the pillows quite comfy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Super friendly staff, rooms were clean and comfortable for even 4 young adults. Bonus was the restaurant Olia and rooftop bar. I highly recommend!

The Olia restaurant got my order wrong and forgot my wife's Coffee. I would have expected better onsite service than this.

Everything was great. One suggestion, this hotel would not give Bonvoy credit since we used Expedia. Most others do. No different than airlines. They give miles regardless of how you purchase your ticket.

Very large, comfortable suite on 5th floor - 512. A boutique type hotel so not over crowded. Room could use sound proofing

Excellent location (fairly quiet but within walking distance of multiple restaurants). Lovely, modern property, beautifully decorated. Expensive parking, valet only, but valet service is very quick. Oddly there didn’t seem to be any bell service, so when you arrive, you have to get your own baggage cart and haul your own bags upstairs. Ditto when you depart. We did not eat at either hotel restaurant, but the rooftop bar looks lovely. Love love love the Nespresso machines in the room, too. Overall, I’d stay here again the next time I’m in Glendale.

The staff was wonderful……..but Definitely spend time at the roof top as it was the best part of our stay; in fact the manager there helped to make it so. We’ll definitely return!
