The staff of the hotel is excellent. My review is about Hilton as a corporation managing this property: the team is friendly but overworked, I checked in while other entitled guests were in direct conflict with the reception staff member demanding unreasonable upgrades, security was called and they acted professionally to diffuse. Staff is friendly but overworked. Some spots in the room were not cleaned - bath tub drain and electrical floor plug point. Breakfast is too over fussed. I just want to have a quiet breakfast and good coffee. The waiter-reliance system is over managed and not needed. Breakfast itself could be a lot healthier. No microwave. Inconvenient way to bring luggage from the parking. Parking is expensive at $35 per night. The underground lot itself is super hot and has construction items - this is likely a safety area. For the money I spent this was stressful and I would avoid Hilton as a mismanaged property overall - again, I liked the staff team.

Very clean rooms.

The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel although I did have to pay extra it wasn't included on the $288 rate for a single night that I paid, the biggest rip off & disappointment. I enjoyed staying in a $100 a night motel just as much as this place. There was nothing special about it, I don't understand how they can charge that rate without customers wanting their money back upon arrival. I will never stay at this complete waste of space & rip off hotel every again. it's such a let down. I feel disgusting after my stay here.

Everything in my room was beautiful and comfortable. The view was incredible, because I had a corner room I could see the view to the Eastern side and the Southern side of the hotel. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I did not eat meals at the hotel because I met with family in the area.

Room was clean and comfortable…just a one night stay with early 8am checkout….

The room was also poorly maintained. The carpet was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet turned black after walking barefoot. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it difficult to properly wash my hair and body. It felt like the hotel was prioritizing water savings over guest comfort by abusing the Cal water saving law. Another major disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed, but there was no notice about this on either the hotel's website or any third-party booking sites. Finally, the refrigerator in my room was not working properly, and all of the food I stored in it spoiled. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Location- worked well for the purpose. We were expecting the pool to be open and it wasn’t. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

The Bar and lounge area were great. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was that the pool was not open.

The Hilton Glendale was a really well maintained hotel with great amenities and nice staff. The only negative would be the water pressure in the shower!

Area

Nice, would stay there again. Breakfast was decent and people were nice.

Rooms were nice big and spacious. Breakfast buffet was a huge letdown- toasters that wouldn’t heat up, very very limited vegetarian option, mushy day-old oatmeal, only black coffee offered, and wait staff that kept demanding we tip them despite offering zero assistance with anything and not to mention lipstick stained coffee mugs
