Holiday Inn Express & Suites Glendale Downtown by IHG

Superb

Exceptional

Very clean, staff very nice, beds very comfortable and hotel in excellent condition. Will stay here again.

Nice and clean and felt secure.

I loved my stay overall and the staff were super and my room was terrific. But I had repeated problems with my room key not working (one time security had to use the master key) and the fitness room lacked sanitizer wipes to wipe down the equipment, 3 days in a row. Otherwise good and I am def staying there again.

Everything was great. Breakfast was good every morning. Very attentive staff

My last stay, a month prior. I was a bit let down with the check in. I arrived almost an hour and half after check in and my room wasn’t ready for me. I had to wait 30 for my room to cleaned and ready for my family. But we had no issue at all this visit.

Breakfast is great

The breakfast area was not as clean as it should have been. The person who was working the breakfast area took smoke breaks what seemed like every 20 minutes and I never saw him wipe a table or the coffee machine which was always a mess.

.

It was fine

Newly remodeled hotel. Helpful hotel staff. Clean, comfortable room. Gated parking garage with ample parking. Highly recommend.

Stay was a 10/10. It was in a nice quiet and convenient area. The hotel was really clean and so were the rooms. Free breakfast was a huge plus ! I would definitely stay again.

This is a modern building, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the overall stay was pleasant. I recommend!

Nice assortment of rolls, muffins. They had egg white omelet, egg and cheese omelet. The sausage’s were delicious two different kinds pork link and turkey patties. I didn’t like the $25 parking fee we were hit with and very tight with little room to pull in or back in or out.

The bed deserves a special mention—it had just the right firmness, and the pillows were soft, fluffy, and incredibly comfortable. After a long business day, it was exactly what I needed. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, and attention to detail. This will definitely be my default hotel whenever I’m in Glendale for business. Highly recommended!

Overall great stay. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Nice location walking distance to many trendy places. Room was clean and quiet.

Exceptional

The supprise : 25 bucks for Parking which is never mentioned from Expedia when booking. The mediocre: Located on a busy, suffocated street not as expansive as picture shown on Website. Get your car in and out from the premise is a pain The good: Clean and Included decent typical breakfast

The hotel was great- neat, clean, comfortable, great amenities- and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also fairly priced.
