One highlight was the breakfast, which included turkey options—a fantastic touch for those who don’t eat pork. It was a pleasant surprise and really appreciated. Additionally, the parking was convenient; we were able to park right in front of the hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites Glendale Downtown by IHG for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Location was good. Close to wedding reception venue There for 4 days never got full service cleaning. No cleaning for 2 days. We asked for clean towels and we were brought those. On the third day 1 bed was made and trash picked up. I had to get a roll of toilet paper off the housecleaning cart. Carpet was not vacuumed. I found crayons on the floor under the chair. Never got daily coffee pods or drinking cups.

The property was very clean and well maintained. And the breakfast was complimentary for all the guests in the room, and the parking is underground structure.

Good stay for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). Plenty of space in room with a crib. A little far for walking and sightseeing, but very convenient location as a stopover.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was not being notified verbally to morning breakfast hours, which the food is solid, are different on the weekend compared to the weekdays. I missed Monday morning. The facility is very secure.

Amazing hospital I will stay again

I love the amenities and the person who help us check in was awesome. There attitude was great and seem like a genuine good guy. Overall good customer service. I’m pretty sure the guy who help us was name Willie

Area felt safe. The secured underground self parking was worth the $25. The gym has a scale and filtered water. Definitely going back

Cleanliness The server for breakfast was a bit rude. It probably wasn't his intention, but he had a "father watching and commanding his children" attitude towards my children.
