Very poor

The location for the price is great. The free parking is also a plus. If you are not picky about your room, this is a great place to stay. Would probably stay there again if the need arose. The room smelled like someone had smoked. The furniture is old but adequate. The bed was just OK. Someone with a bad back would have a hard time sleeping on the bed. The TV reception was spotty.

This property was a great deal on Expedia. I booked it for its price, not expecting much, but the room was clean, had extra blankets, and had no issues. There is a parking lot for convenience. The staff was very kind as well.

Very quite hotel. Very clean rooms. Excellent fast service.. You can ask for early checking for a small fee👍.. Nothing bad about this place or area as a whole!👍

Nice staff, comfortable beds, everything was clean except the bathroom had another woman’s hair on the floor and in the bathtub.

I felt safe, really love the fact that the parking was safe and free!! The location was easy access to everything - we used Public transit to get around, or even walk by foot to stores, cafes etc.

Safe area, good for families.

I checked in around 8pm and met the property manager. Very lovely woman, professional and considerate. Other than my credit card, I think she needed my ph# and the make/model/color of my car to allow my parking on-site. I received my room key, and my room was on the second floor. No elevator, but I can make due with the stairs. The room had a little dining table, a dresser with TV on it, a desk area, microwave on top of a refrigerator. Bathroom was a little outdated, but workable. The AC unit worked, but seemed to turn off after maybe 20-30mins of usage. I had to reset the safety on the plug several times during my stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience. One time I went to grab something from my car and meant to go back to my room, but had forgotten to take my room key with me. So I needed to get help from the manager. She gave my an extra room key and just asked me to return both keys when I checked out. Very nice person, she was there in the office basically everytime I needed her help.

Quality relates to price. A room was relatively clean. Parking was always available. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in a room.
