Nice staff Comfortable clean rooms

Parking was easy; however back door was not secure as I thought it would be. The common areas need a good vaccuming. The hotel is old but it served the purpose we needed. Check in and check out were very easy.

The room was clean.The beds were comfortable.The a c worked, and the breakfast provided was an added bonus.

Good value. An ok room at a good price. Clean room but older building. Outside grounds had some weeds, trash, and dead bushes.

My sister and I stayed there one night and really appreciated the front desk guy who was very helpful and our room. Don’t let the exterior fool you, the interior in the rooms are very lovely. We met three ladies working there and they were so kind. The view of the red dirt mountain out our window was great. We were on the 2nd of two floors. Pretty quiet. Comfortable. Easy to find and park. Convenient to our route and stores/restaurants. Very clean rooms! Would stay again.

I wouldn't expect to pay more than $50 a night at this place. Very run down, old property. Breakfast was a sasuage sandwich and juice ir coffee that tasted like mud. Bear outside our room sure liked the trash cans! Barely any hot water or water pressure for that matter.

Barefoot on the floors was not good, lots of gritty dirt and my white socks were black after walking across the floor one time. My bed sheets were not clean, crumbs from food all over them and a bunch of hair. I do not believe they changed the sheets. So, I had to ask for a new “clean” set of sheets and remade the bed. Shower and bathroom was not clean either. I got bleach wipes and clean ed the toilet before I would use it. And we used the shower at Yampa and iron mountain so we did not have to use the hotels.

At check in staff was welcoming. We got to our room and it was full of dead mosquitoes; window frame, desk, floor, and bed. We had traveled all day and walked a lot in the heat so we were looking forward to get some rest and had to grab our stuff and move rooms. I called front desk and they were happy to change our room but not compensation for the inconvenience. Our a/c went out in the middle of the night so the room was really hot, If you are just passing through I guess is ok but what they charge is ridiculous. I understand was the weekend and town is busy but $200 plus for what you get is not worth it.

The room was not clean, the sheets on the bed were dirty. The lamps in tge room did not work. I asked for a refund and they denied it.

A COAT.. LIGHTING IN THE ROOM WEAK. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. RIPOFF.
