Great place to stay, clean and very kind staff! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for one night while on vacation. It was the cheapest hotel I could find in Glenwood springs for the hot springs. And the location was so beautiful. The hotel was surrounded by a large river and gorgeous mountains. The location was tucked away so it was quite but close enough to the small ton to be convenient. The hotel was not the cleanest I’ve seen. The elevator was super small, broken in places, and not the cleanest. But it worked! I didn’t have to take the stairs! The staff was so friendly and so helpful. The room was pretty clean, quite dated but clean nonetheless. I definitely don’t think it was worth what I paid for the night but the location makes up for it. Beds were super comfy!

View was good.

Short stay. Wish there was a vending machine in hotel, rather than at next door hotel. Nice Visit

The hotel is right along the river which is beautiful, peaceful, and accessible for a stroll on the path.

I’ve stayed at this property over the years. The breakfast has really gone downhill. They literally put out a bowl of oranges that were molding and rotten; not edible. They used to change the hot breakfast every other day and they just gave the same eggs and sausage the two days we were there. Very minimal side items with the breakfast. I will look for another hotel. The room was a little expensive I thought with the breakfast it would be worth it. I will try another hotel next time we stay in Glenwood Springs.

Adequate for a road trip stop. Location is beautiful area!

The dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. I expected rooms to be decent, nothing fancy, but I was not expecting black mold all over the bathroom shower. Baseboards were brown and gross and the towels were dirty. Fridge door was broken and had to jam it to get it to close. Overall it was horrible.

Nice property. Very clean. Breakfast was ok, waffle maker, eggs and sausage. pretty standard. property is right along the Colorado River. The train on the other side of the river is rather laud.

Great staff.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage. We were near the river. The only problems were we couldn’t sign on to the wifi and it was unsecured. Also, the pool water looked dirty so I didn’t go swimming.

Rooms smells bad
-
Hotel room was spacious and nicely arranged, bed was comfortable, and we had easy access to a walking path by the river. Breakfast was great! The hotel room had some issues—we stayed 2 nights and the toilet overflowed the first night, used All of our towels wiping up the water, and had to ask the staff repeatedly for replacement towels. There was only one small wastebasket for the entire room which filled up and was never emptied once during our stay.

Great location, nice staff, decent breakfast, room good
-
Good clean hotel. Riverside was very nice.

Don't count on being able to do laundry, there was no washer or dryer for use. Continental breakfast didn't start until 6 am. Had to be at work at 630. Staff was ok. Power went out while gone, and elevators of course were not working when I returned. They could use a generator! Parking was a mess. Not enough spaces for the amount of business they had. A lot of construction workers were also staying here. Not any fast food restaurants nearby, so don't plan on dinner being convenient. Location not the best.

Right next to the river which is great
-
Very nice setting right next to the Colorado River. Nice breakfast! Staff members were super helpful and professional.

Breakfast was good and good location for restaurants

The cost was a bit pricey for the class of hotel, but it was competitive with the average cost in the area.
