I have stayed at Marriot Hotels numerous times in the past, that was many years ago so my critique is based on those stays verse this last stay. Upon check in we weren’t informed that room cleaning only happens if 3 nights or longer. My assumption is the policy has been going on for so long that it didn’t dawn on the clerk to say any thing. Also this is the 1st time that a hotel did not offer free coffee, they did serve Starbucks but for a marked up cost. The outlets in room need replacing, I had a hard time finding an outlet for my chargers that would hold my charger in place, they kept falling out. Pay parking for guests is new to me, wow! But I guess like airlines charging for bags, this is the new way for hotels to make money. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable, and why can’t hotels offer hand held shower heads? Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean. Just seems like the hotel industry is now cutting back staff and amenities and it’s about the bottom line. If I’m asked about this hotel I’ll say it’s OKAY. I think a few adjustments could improve a travelers experience. I did read previous reviews and most gave the hotel a 5 star review, my guess is over time its become acceptable to have less. The Marriot is not a budget hotel chain, so I expected more. Now that I’m retired I planned on traveling more, I want to enjoy my experience, I will have to be more vigilant in the future when booking rooms. Good hotel, not great.

For the cost Marriott should provide a breakfast and coffee at least continental breakfast at no additional charge.
-
Dated. Staff was rude. For what they charge a night versus what you get is a joke. Stay elsewhere.
-
There’s a little bar, breakfast was crowded and a bit messy, rooms are average.

Beautiful location, very helpful staff
-
Great staff! Staff is super helpful. Hotel is newer and very clean.
-
The facility was very clean and the staff was super kind and personable in a professional way.
-
The facility is very inviting and calm. It has everything one needs to maintain contact. However, for an away from downtown location, we were surprised there was $15 fee per vehicle park at their parking lot which has no security nor gated area neither.

Beautiful mountain town to visit.

Nice

The sink didn't drain properly and the shower door leaked. The $15 per day for parking in the lot outside was a hidden charge that wasn't appreciated. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff
-
Shower barely worked, the room door didn’t close all the way so a lot of light came through from the hallway

Do u like concrete slabs for beds? Do u enjoy flat and lumpy pillows? Bad attitude front desk staff? Adults flopping out their boobs in the pool area/ hot tub and no towels to dry off with? Paying $15 a day for parking? No free breakfast? Perhaps u have 2 days and an extra $585 laying around to waste. Then boy this is the hotel for u. I should have known how empty the parking lot was when we pulled in. It should have been a sign vs all the other hotels. I thought I hit the jackpot! I've stayed in hotels before but boy does this take the cake. Plan accordingly or better then I did and definitely do not put this hotel on your list. I thought courtyard Marriot was a decent brand name..this hotel was a disgrace.

Convenient to things to do. Had trouble adjusting to the beds.

Put me in wheelchair room and remote did not work
-
We enjoyed staying with you. We only missed free breakfast.

Good location For my two nights day, the people above me were awake almost all night and the floor was constantly creaking. I called the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the showers are lacking cleanliness as I found hair upon arrival. They also charge $15 per night for parking which is not stated anywhere, which I think is a rip off.

Nice place to stay with family.

Thank you for the wonderful stay
