Holiday Inn Express Glenwood Springs by IHG

Just loved this hotel. Great location, great room good breakfast and nice little outdoor pool

Breakfast was good. Room was the best.

Our AC barely worked and when it was in it made a terrible sound and our toilet barely flushed

Room was perfect, very spacious. Bathroom was great too, good shower. Very well located if you're going to Hanging Lake. Highly recommend the hot springs (we went to Iron Mountain, it was amazing)!

I was overcharged

They charge an extra $10 for parking

Clean and close to many attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast could be a bit better as far as options.

Needs more parking, and there was a little tracker blocking half the drive to get in and out.

I absolutely loved the location. Very convenient and close to iron mountain hot springs and glenwood hot springs. Breakfast was delicious but you need to come early to get the yogurt. Fitness room was small but adequate.

Everything was adequate but nothing special

Breakfast was ok. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was bland

The room was spacious and linens were clean but the carpet was filthy. Our feet were black after a couple of minutes walking around. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Pancake maker was broke. Much of the food was out before even 9am. Pool and hot tub were visibly very dirty so we didnt go in. Location was great and close to everything. Overall it was ok but we would not stay there again.

Good location, clean rooms

We had a great time! The hotel was clean and smelled clean. The room was great!

The pool and pool area was not well maintained. Despite it being upper 80s no one was in the pool on a Sunday afternoon. People were commenting on the dirty water. The breakfast was substandard for a Holiday Inn Express. We paid more to stay there than other hotels because we like the Holiday Inn breakfast. There was limited hot items, no fruit of any kind, and none of their signature cinnamon rolls. The lack of cinnamon rolls was ridiculous. It seems like this location tried to scrape by on the minimum.

Breakfast

Ran out of breakfast ( eggs, toast and sausage) around 9:00. Lots of people had not even eaten yet, waited around 10 minutes for more food to be done. Indoor pool, hot tub would be a nice addition instead of outside where leaves and bugs get into water.

Nice hotel nice day beautiful mountains. Surroundings pool is small hot tub small but OK breakfast wasn’t bad your usual scrambled eggs and bacon biscuits gravy juice, juices, oatmeal cereal, yogurt, but good.
