EXCELENTE servicio y limpieza

Elevator buttons not working, general feeling of weathered and worn as you walk to your room. Lobby is very nice. Beds comfortable, room clean. Required to pay for parking at check in then when we returned from dinner, no parking available, had to park next door at Village Inn. We've stayed in Glenwood about 8 times at various hotels/motels. This was by far our worst experience. Hard pass.

The parking is horrible!! You have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. Every night when we got back to the hotel there wasn’t any available spots. So you pay and have to park at another property. Then you go to the front desk and ask for help, and they tell you that they have nothing to do with parking. So you’re just out of luck!!

Breakfast was very good. Hotel rooms were clean. Food got spilled in the hallway and it didn't get cleaned up for around 16 hours or so. A room down the hall had a fire alarm chirping. I brought it to the staffs attention the first night we stayed and it did not get addressed at all even though I brought it to the attention of 2 different staff members. We stayed for 2 nights and the alarm chirped the whole time.

Great staff. The hotel seemed a little tired.

Breakfast buffet was soooo good. 10/10

Usually stay at this hotel, but this stay they started charging additional separate 10.99 per a day for parking! That was not disclosed at time of booking. Just wanted to give anyone whose thinking of booking a heads up!

Very clean facilities and situated close to the Hot Springs and Amusement park. Parking is paid and was full on the days I was there. The buffet hot/cold breakfast was excellent!
-
Close enough to Iron Mountain hot springs to walk there! Breakfast had lots of options. Only downside is the third party parking and lot that is a bit challenging to navigate and could lead to a bit of a walk to get inside. Would stay here again!

The room was not clean and amenities were not filled such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was noisy. Doors were slammed. Staff were overwhelmed.

Clean helpful and will stay again

The breakfast in the morning was a great way to make sure everyone was fed and ready for the day. It was well maintained by making sure coffee was available, spills were cleaned up and there was plenty of food available. However, we have to wait in a long line when arriving. We were told that their computers had gone down and needed to be reset. The wait was about 45 to a hour before we could check-in. When we were able to get to our room, we had to walk through a really strong wet dog smell in the hall going down to our room. It lingered for quite some time, it did dissipate the next day. Finally, we had spent the day out and about in the hot sun and wanted to come back to our room in the late afternoon to cool off. We got to our room on the 4th floor and found out that our key wouldn’t work. He had to go all the way back down to the lobby so that they could reset the key.

The stay was perfect and staff was excellent

Everything was perfect except the check out time we supposed to be out by 11:00am and 10:30am the housekeepers knocking on the door wanting to come in and clean. That’s horrible service.

Nice room, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok,

Nice place to stay in Gleenwood Springs with good access to the pools and town. Finding out there was a $10 a night parking fee was a surprise. Also, internet was $5 a day. Breakfast was ok and better than most of the hotel/motels in Glenwood.

Breakfast is the bomb. Great location between both pools. Recently renovated and always clean

One irritation - after pre-paying through Expedia, they charged an additional $9.41 for a tourism tax they said Expedia failed to charge us. I guess they couldn't take it out of their expensive room rate rather than charge us the additional amount. Seemed like their mistake for not working with Expedia to get it right. There was also a $10 parking fee which seemed ridiculous and just because they could. Overall, a very average place to stay. The extra charges left a bad feeling towards this establishment.

Parking was a cost of $10 per day and that was not noted on Hotels.com until we got there. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Bed and pillows were ok. Pillows were not too firm and bed was a bit stiff.
