Amazing hotel!! Staff are so accommodating!!

We enjoyed this historic hotel. It has an old world charm. The food was very good and the outdoor restaurant/bar/seating areas are great places to relax and enjoy. The hotel is in a great location for various activities and shopping, as well.

Beautiful historic hotel. Clean with very friendly staff. The room is basic, but kind of what you’d expect at an old hotel. Not much art on the walls in the room, but has that old-time feel. No refrigerator in the room. No complementary water or anything like that. Very basic amenities. $20 parking per night. Has a beautiful outside patio where you can have dinner and a nice outside patio bar. It’s very close walking distance to the restaurants in the area. Very close to the mineral pool and Yampeh spa. Easy walk.

Great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, Classic historical hotel with awesome outdoor seating area. Rooms were comfortable but dated. In window air conditioner and ceiling fan were noisy making sleep somewhat difficult. Restaurant and bar were good.
-
Well maintained, and the staff were great! Especially the bar tender and server!
-
We loved everything about the property, but the air conditioner in the room couldn’t cool the room down enough. It was a very hot night so it was understandable.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was so nice to walk right to the Hot Springs. The history of the hotel is very well displayed, and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The only slight concern that I had was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Besides that we had a wonderful stay.
