Super fun experience, very helpful owner, easy walking distance to hot springs, felt very 90's which was awesome to show family what things used to be like (even had a phone book), but was very well up kept. Can't recommend enough.

Nice old hotel. Very clean. Not the most amenities in the world but with the price we paid they were not expected. Therefore, they absolutely met expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t open the soap or shampoo without a knife or scissors; otherwise everything was excellent.

This is a great place to stay before visiting Maroon Bells. The Wi-Fi is a bit limited, but I really enjoyed my stay. The highlight was the incredible customer service at the front desk. When I had a sudden health issue, the receptionist went above and beyond to guide, help, and take care of me. I truly appreciate his kindness and support!

The location of this property is ideal if you want to park the car and walk during your stay. It's really close to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs and the downtown area with its many choices of great restaurants and the property has a charming ambiance with baskets of flowers everywhere. However, there were several issues that will keep me from returning. The a/c wall unit noise was like trying to sleep with a roaring airplane engine. The room was clean but the decor is in great need of a refresh and the mattress was lumpy and worn and needs to be replaced. If you just need an affordable clean place to sleep for one night, this property could be ok for you. If you are staying for several days, I suggest spending a little more and stay elsewhere.

Beautiful older motel but very well kept. Walk to attractions, shops and restaurants. Clean. Comfortable. We’d stay here again for sure.

This is a sweet little spot and I wasnt expecting it. Friendly staff. Perfect spot with lot of walkable areas. Where were just planning on passing through but would stay here again if I ever had a chance. Both staff members we interacted where great. It's a little older but for the price it was perfect for what we needed

A nice place to stay in Glenwood Springs

The hotel location is the best thing we love, Furnishings and amenities are somwhat dated but daily housekeeping is a definite plus.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
