Best Western Antlers at Glenwood Springs

Beds were very comfortable.

A room with 3 Queen beds! This was awesome with our family of 4. Great location and amenities and the breakfast is fantastic.

Location was great. The suite room was spacious and clean. The amenities were excellent.

Family of 5 stayed 4 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. Even after asking for housekeeping twice. Had to go down to the front desk several times for fresh towels. Ran out of body wash and toilet paper mid-stay because of no housekeeping. Upon arrival, we asked for bedding for the sofa bed, and they brought us two stained comforters instead of sheets. Was able to get sheets from housekeeping the next day. Breakfast was decent, amenities were nice, close proximity and walking distance to the historical downtown area was a plus, the pool was small for the amount of guests, and the hot tub was scalding. The front desk staff was friendly and trying to be helpful

The pickleball courts were unexpected and game changer for our group! We loved getting out there after swimming and driving all day to release some energy! I wish I would have known it was a motel set up rather than hotel but other than that it was great!

A lot of stains in the bathroom. Hair on the toilet. Worn walls and floors. Broken facility in the dog park which may hurt your dog.

This place is the best for families! So many things to do right at the hotel!! We played pickleball, swam in the pool, played corn-hole, frisbee golf, used the laundry facilities, used the game room, ate delicious free breakfast in the hotel lobby every morning, walked everywhere because it was so close to the theme park and hot springs and downtown, and rode the train there! Fantastic staff and even a friendly bear strolled through the area one night! Very pretty grounds are well maintained. Great family friendly place to stay!!

Not quite what

Horrible. Way over priced to begin with. Then when you arrive they Inform you it’s also an extra $10 to park in the parking lot. No where else to park so ya gotta pay. Very large gaps under the door allow bugs and dust to blow in. Place is surrounded by other hotels that cater to fentanyl zombies and crack heads. Will never return.

Friendly professional staff

We loved this property (good breakfast, pickleball court, etc) but if you want housekeeping services of ANY kind, stay elsewhere. We could not get new towels, trash service, anything to save our lives. The interesting thing is at any point in time, you can see 4 housekeepers standing around playing their music, having a grand ole time. They had zero urgency to help or be of any assistance. There were spills in the walkway that could have easily been cleaned up but they sat for the entire week we were there, causing ants and flies. It’s a shame because minus the housekeeping part, this hotel would easily be a 5/5.

We stayed at Best Western Antlers for four nights. My family and I were genuinely impressed. Lots to do and the staff were very helpful and nice. The best by far was the breakfast served daily. They provided a very generous and delicious spread. Five stars for sure. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room was ok. The breakfasts were good. The pools were horrible. They were so dirty we wouldn’t even stick our toe in it. We will never stay there again.

Everything we expected was meet. No complaints from the wife and I, thanks to the staff!

Love the location all the amenities

Been going here for years, never again. Parking fees? Dirty pool, no pool towels, no body soap in shower……finally got it 3 hours later with a second call to front desk. TV satellite cuts in and out constantly. Over priced rooms. My only guess is hotel management changed???

I loved that the room we got had three queen beds. I liked how nice the breakfast was in the morning and how many tables there were for guests to sit at. But for the price I paid, I didn’t like that my room came without a shower curtain, dirty carpets and fresh blood stains on my pillow. My son’s bed didn’t have a mattress protector and had what looked like a puke stain under the sheet. The cleanliness was pretty upsetting.
