Cute little place and close to town! No complaints! Would stay here again!

The hotel is fairly dated but fine for a short business stay. There are few amenities to speak of except the continental breakfast which didn't being until 7am. Not a great amenity for people traveling and getting started early. The parking lot is a mess of jenga type spots. Likely won't stay again.

We pulled the sheets back to go to bed and there was a dead bug in the sheets. The A/C unit didn’t seem to cool the room down at all.

Breakfast was ok, enough to get you going.

I wish there’s bacon or sausages for breakfast when we stayed :(

First I will say that this hotel was conveniently located to everything we had planned to do there. Front desk staff was kind but not really friendly. Probably just a shy teenager. The room was clean, although very small, barely room for the little trash can in the bathroom. We ended up in a 2 queen room for just my husband and I. I would not want to stay in this room with a couple kids. It would be way to small for a family. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were flat. Breakfast was usual continental with cereal, pastries, etc, but at least they had some boiled eggs for protein. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

Air conditioning was very loud. At night, when it came on it sounded like a motorcycle starting up. Glenwood Springs is having record heat but I turned off the AC and suffered the heat rather than be startled away with the noisy AC. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Best offering from an otherwise mediocre experience. I stayed at this property back in April of this year and rated it "OK/Good" given the price, location, breakfast and upgraded room furnishings. After this visit I won't book it again.

The room is very clean and linen smells good too. Staff are very friendly. The place is very close to a lot of places we go.
-
great location, air conditioning was cold, awesome balcony/patio area
-
Location and that they used real plates and cutlery at breakfast Breakfast could have a few more non sweet options
-
Well to start property is dated. Doesn't look anything close to what you see online. Reviews look? Over priced. Lots of Nats in room, bug under blanket on one of the beds. Disapointed expected what was shown on internet.
-
Nice restaurants near by and the breakfast was good - staff on arrival we’re very friendly
-
The rooms had bugs the fridge smelled like vinegar the bathrooms had hair in it there was a bug underneath the blanket on the bed the air conditioning smelled old

Stay was good, the people and accommodation were good, the breakfast was not so satisfying, no non dairy creamer, or non dairy milk items for us that are actually allergic to it, no decaf coffee option but grateful for a boiled egg, and a banana for something healthy.
-
It was close to everything and in walking distance. It was clean and nice. You could hear people outside the windows.
-
Breakfast was underwhelming. A couple of pastries, some hard boiled eggs, and toast. Luckily we had brought our cooler with food so we just had breakfast in our room. Convenient location for all things in Glenwood.
-
Close to the bridge too

I liked the location. Easy walking distance to the springs and downtown. Room was clean and simple. It really needed a coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and spacious. I liked the outside table and chairs. Breakfast was great. For what I got (and wanting to choose local over a chain) I thought the $200 was slightly overpriced. This was more like a $125 room. I still enjoyed it.

Not much. Request 1st floor, got 2md. One pop machine didn’t work. Got a small queen bed on 2nd floor not room for nightstand by bed. Furniture looked 30yrs old.
