Great location and a very relaxing trip

The location it’s so close to everything Nothing

Didn’t explore, we just went to the hot springs pools N/a

It was nice House keeping not keeping up with room needs. Also the sofa bed is a nightmare! Nobody can possibly sleep on it being able to feel the mattress springs digging in your body. It’s horrific!
-
The pools were great Having to pay separately to use the athletic center when you’re paying for the resort for the night, the price is high enough it should be included

Pools are great; especially at night Rooms are a bit simple

The rooms were nicely decorated (newly remodeled). We had access to the hot springs even though we arrived at noon, which was a plus! We enjoyed all the pools and spent the afternoon soaking in them. It was conveniently located to downtown via a walking bridge. The front desk people were extremely helpful, providing us with restaurant options and helping with a billing issue. The cost of the room seemed too high for what the property offered. As a resort, we were expecting fine dining onsite. With the hot springs, we were hoping for the opportunity to get a massage on site.

Room size is decent. I sent a polite room request in advance asking for a quiet top-floor room facing the pool. However, upon arrival I was assigned a ground-floor room directly facing the parking lot, which was the exact opposite of my request. It was disappointing that the hotel did not acknowledge or consider the request at all. The hot springs were nice, but the room assignment and lack of attention to guest requests made the stay far less enjoyable. I would not choose this hotel again.

We love this hotel and I have been staying it for around 40 years. We love coming here. The convenience to the pool and the rest of the city are excellent. The included pool entry is great. We did not love the breakfast. It was just okay. The price is also really pushing the value equation.

The rooms were nice. Wonderful breakfasts

Beautifully appointed hotel with pretty rooms, comfy robes to wear to the pools, and a great breakfast! The pools are exquisite, especially the new ones of various temperatures with water falls. The main, big pool has old tiles on the bottom that make the water appear brown and murky (it is clean, just an unpleasant aesthetic).

There were incidents with small flying bugs. I have no idea how they got inside since the sliding doors to the balcony were closed.

Price too expensive

Everything, amazing stay Nothing

Check in was a bit slow

Beautiful area and location. Easy walk into the little downtown area for restaurants. We also walked to the vapor caves and drove to nearby hanging lake for hiking. Hotel room was clean and modern. A little pricey for the kind of hotel it was. The room itself was nice but public areas looked like they need more of an upgrade. I opted for the room with a fireplace and a view but not sure it was worth paying more for that. Enjoyed that it included the hot springs but iron mountain hot springs, a 20 minute walk away, was a lot nicer and cleaner than Glenwood hot springs.
