This place is really rundown. Our room was really dirty and the sheets were so old and paper thin you could see through them. Nothing has been upgraded in a really long time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was polite and helpful The pool was horrific and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long. The bedrooms were even worse. We ended up leaving that same night because the beds were so disgusting, including visible stains on the sheets. There’s nothing more unsettling than paying for a hotel room and feeling like you can’t even sleep in the bed. The showers appeared clean, but the overall construction and upkeep were extremely poor and felt cheaply put together. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this place failed miserably.

The staff was super nice. Loved the pool. Breakfast was simple, but good. Hot items like eggs and sausage were available along with waffles and other staples. Our room smelled like mold and my husband's allergies went off like there was mold...likely due to the large leak in the sink piping in our room. The room was huge though.

Nice hotel with great amenities for children and very close to the gondola up to the Mountain Adventure Park

What you see being advertised is clearly not this hotel it (maybe what it used to look like), but this is a different completely different Hotel once you walk in you automatically know it is just not up to par. It's old it's very much run down,inside the conditions feel dirty cannot stay here and think that you are going to have a great time in the room we were in you are wasting your time go down to the La Quinta inn or some other Hotel

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean. The location is central. The tub had a permanent ring, the bathroom door had water damage, the mattress was too soft and had divets from too many years of use. There seems to be a faint smell of mold or old. The only good lighting was in the water closet. The doors (including closet doors) are in need of updating, repair, or at least cleaned. The carpets are worn and dirty (my socks proved that), and who knows what’s going on with the elevator. There were basically no toiletries… and very cheap TP. The air conditioner was AMAZING. We had a junior king suit which was quite roomy. We couldn’t beat the price, though, and it worked for our needs.

It was filthy, bathroom smelled strongly of urine, bedding was old and rough, carpets in the hallways where stained and covered in filth. Doors were warped thick dust on everything in the room. I pulled the nightstand out to plug in my charger and there was trash piled under it. Would not go here again. The View from outside is stunning though.

Everything was amazing. The only recommendation will be to have a sign letting people the area is surrounded by bears so people can be more cautious. Other than that the place is very cozy and convenient.

Room was large. Close to freeway access. Had to pay for parking because they use the same parking for some attraction park. This place is in no way a place you could get to with no vehicle. So it charge extra for parking seemed like they were just gouging us because where would we park our car?

Bummed about our stay here. The property was not well maintained. Our room had a broken lamp, out dated bathroom. My bed was mushy and linens were clean but not crisp like a typical hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The elevator took forever to use so took the stairs most of the time. The breakfast included in the room price was mediocre.

Breakfast was good, location was great for the Adventure Park. Bed was old and could feel the mattress springs. Uncomfortable in places on the mattress. Woke up during the night with a pain from a spring. Probably will not stay again there again, but choose the hotel next door.

This place is so extremely dated and worn down. Our room smelled horrible, like a dirty locker room, if we weren’t so exhausted we would have left. The beds are so worn out you get to sleep in a rut where everyone else before you has. You have to pay to park there too. We left before breakfast even started - I’d pass on staying here if you’re driving thru town like we were.

We had a king suite which was perfect for us! The pool and slide was a big hit No complaints
