Hotel Glenwood Springs

Arrived early and requested if possible an early check in.. never heard back. It would have been nice since seeing how early some rooms were cleaned. Especially when it’s almost 100 * outside.

I liked the pool area, I didn't like that they didn't put soap in my room and it was very dusty.

Staff was great. Room air conditioner could not be turned off. Fan continued to run even though we set it to turn off. Breakfast was substandard!

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. There was some hair in the tub and stuck to the shower curtain which is just yucky. The hotel is old and it shows. The door to our room kept sticking so we couldn’t open it to get out easily. They tried to fix it but it still stuck. Breakfast is decent but in a small dining area so it feels chaotic. The pool was great and our 10 yr old loved the slide! Nice to be literally in the same parking lot as the gondola for the Adventure Caverns. Overall, I felt like the price was not aligned with the quality.

The hotel is older so don’t expect brand new or updated furnishings. We were pleased overall and loved the location as it was near the base for several of our excursions.

Our adjoining room was great when traveling with kids. We had a large group (4 rooms) and we were all next door to each other. The kids 6, 10, and 13 had a great time in the pool. The location was convenient to the activities we had planned. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel stays here are always amazing. They're so sweet and they keep the hotel very maintained and My Kids love it here we live in Denver and we stay at least three times a year sometimes more and will always be your favorite place to stay away from home.

One of the nicer places in Glenwood. The pool was great for the kids and the access to the gondola was convenient. Great staff and breakfast, will definitely stay again!

There was additional charges/ $71.21 to my Card that I don't know what it is for, still trying to figure that out. The Hot Tub is broke. The Pool is very dirty. The Ice Machine isn't working. The Elevator gets very confused on what direction it should be going and is SLOW. The overall cleanliness of the facility needs improvement. The Waffle Maker doesn't work. Very Limited selection for what they do have for Breakfast, which isn't much. And you better get there early or there won't be anything to eat. The Laundry Detergent dispenser gives you Fabric Softener. To get this resolved you have to walk 2 miles to the front desk and back. Don't walk around in your Socks. Carpets are soaked from water leaks in multiple locations. Location of the Motel is Fabulous though, I will say that much!

Kids loved the pool with the slide & Basketball hoop. Husband loved the hot tub. Staff was great, breakfast was good, beds not that great but I would stay again

Everything was just “ok”.

The room layout was so perfect for us - two adults and three kids. We had ample floor space to play games and even have a picnic lunch.

The hotel & staff were ok but the hotel is in poor condition! Carpeting is old & stained, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom & had to ask twice for one! When we finally got one there was no plastic liner with it! Bathroom counter was too small & they had the coffee pot there giving you even less space! Otherwise room & breakfast we’re ok! We liked that we were right next to the gondolas & adventure park!

Never used the pool or Hot tub as it was full of Children. Couldn't check in until after 4pm

Older property but well maintained. We went in summer. She AC was not effective enough, we could feel the temperature at night. Bed was not super comfy

The pool was amazing.

Rooms were dirty , extremely dirty nothing worked in the room , or game room whole facility needs to be scrubbed

Stayed here with my family, super clean and loved the atmosphere. Workers were welcoming and friendly. My kids absolutely loved the pool and water slide - a big hit! They are already asking when we’ll be back. Recommend!
