I always have a great experience here. Clean, Comfortable, Quiet and the best part is the affordability. There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I would say the only thing that could make it better would be breakfast.

Room was very clean. The dorm style refrigerator, the coffee maker and microwave were a big plus. There was no need for the hotel to serve breakfast. Railroad is across the freeway but we did not hear it. Just west of the hotel beyond the on ramp to the freeway is a mall where only a couple of stores still are in business. Typical of the modern times. There is a Venezuelan food truck and a Philippine Food truck next to the mall and the food from both are delicious. We recommend both if you want to explore different foods We like the outside seating just outside each unit. Sometimes the guests smoked in front of their rooms. Perhaps the management can make a better sign to be left on the door as a magnet stating smoking and vaping is not allowed. The management treated the situation in a very kind way.

It was clean Nothing

The room was actually quite nice. So we arrived at about 5 pm, and we went to the room to drop stuff off in the room. We proceeded to go to town and have dinner, but before we left, we turned on the Air conditioner to have the room fresh for when we came back later in the evening. We came back to the room at about 8:30 pm, and the room was still stuffy, and the air conditioner was not cooling down the room. I went to try to find someone at the front desk, and that in itself was a chore. I got lucky and found the receptionist before she left for the evening at 9 pm, and she said that she would have a maintenance man give us a call. Well, no call ever happened, and after another hour in that hot room, I made a decision to find another room in the area. I was never called, and it has been three days since the issue.

Location, friendly staff. Good frig and freezer. Some maintenance needed in room. Paint mainly. No pictures on walls.

The room faced a major Interstate highway, so there was a lot of noise. The air conditioner is old and made a lot of noise, which cancelled out the noise from the interstate but made sleeping hard. If they replaced the air conditioner with a newer, quieter model, both issues would be mitigated.

Unbelievable value! The rooms were spotless clean, met one of the housekeepers, can tell she takes pride in her job. Location perfect off highway and close to hot springs. Manager/owner/front desk staff very helpful. Room perfect size, clean, huge bathroom etc, two chairs outside to sit in.

Conveniently located, easy check-in, clean, spacious room.

There was no working pool, and the A/C unit was really loud.

There was no conditioner which was unfortunate, but not a big deal. The water pressure is a little low in the shower, but the temperature is very consistent which I can't say for most hotels.
