Our room had no working air conditioning when the temps outside were in the 90s. They placed a portable unit that blew cold air out one side and hot out the other and expected that to cool down 2 rooms plus a kitchen area and large bathroom. It didn’t. The actual thermostat was broken. This room should not have been booked/used if the ac was unable to be fixed. The staff did all they could, even gave us a fan, which didn’t help either, but this ultimately comes down to management.

They say there is a pool and hot tub, those are located in the hotel owned by the same company across the street.
-
Location good for interstate travel. A short drive to downtown Glenwood Springs.

However, our room was infested with small ants at which it took several spray in order to get rid of them for my trip. This was only because I insisted that they at least spray this room. There was one staff member who was very rude and looked like she didnt want to be there. She didnt even apology for the ants in the room. We had a week long stay at which the staff never really asked us if we needed more towels or a room clean after a few days. We only received a vacuum and extra towels at which they were always short. Had to ask for any other things done to the room. Overall I was disappointed. I was forced to choose this room because of price as I was traveling with other people. However, I would rather pay a little more and stay at a Marriott location or other hotels who care about quality, cleanliness and not price.

Everything went well!
-
Breakfast good! Plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious. Close to all entertainment
-
The room was clean but very outdated. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lacking, not much to choose from, we actually went to eat elsewhere.
-
All was great. It was close to everything. Restaurants shopping, swimming pool.
-
Nice and clean room good hot breakfast
-
Clean room and sheets. 24 hr coffee. Nice breakfast. Nice location with Colorado river at a walkable distance.

The breakfasts were very disappointing. We stayed there for three nights. Every day, there were eggs and sausages, plus waffles (two or three varieties). Fruit didn't appear until the third day. By comparison, for our subsequent nights, we chose a Holiday Inn Express, where breakfast included two types of omelets, bacon, potatoes, and hot oatmeal.

My son and I stayed there and had a terrible experience with another guest who tried to assault me in the laundry room, so I'd say this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel

Breakfast selection was poor. No oatmeal, no hard boiled eggs, the cereal was stale
-
Room was clean, little smaller than expected. Breakfast was good. Pool was in their sister hotel Quality Inn. Staff did their job, but customer service could be improved,

The room was comfortable, but basic. There was only one tv and it was by the double beds. Would have made more sense to have the tv by the couch. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The best part was the underground parking garage. Allowed us to park where we could avoid the heat, and is the closest parking to the elevator. Location was ok, if you have to drive through one of the worst traffic circles in a town full of them. The breakfast time seems a little short, from only 6-9. No hotels in Glenwood or the Roaring Fork Valley are cheap, but still felt less than average for the price.
-
Breakfast very basic, but good. Coffee 24/7 was appreciated.

This place was clean and comfortable, so it was excellent in serving that purpose. We didn’t like the small parking lot, no options if you have a trailer. There is underground parking too but we didnt go down there. Lastly the breakfast was ok. Not the worst but definitely not good enough to make me think it was worth it.

We had a great experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful. No complaints.
