Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gonzales TX

We only stayed two of three nights. I told them we wouldn’t be staying the third night and asked them to cancel. They said Expedia had to do it since we booked it with them and they proceeded to tell Expedia two days later they wouldn’t refund the third night because it was too late. Do not trust these owners! We can’t even get a call back from them to discuss. We will be appealing the charges with our credit card. Lots of other reasonable options in Gonzales. Don’t touch this place with a ten foot pole!!!

The room seemed clean but the fridge had cockroaches , the small kind. Then the AC did not cool the room at all and I kept feeling things crawl on me at night. In the morning the breakfast bar was put away I asked the attendant if breakfast was over he said no but did not bring out the plates, forks, and so on. We made a waffle and I asked him for a plate, he seemed annoyed. This is not a family friendly stop even for just one night.

Everything is always perfect here at this location staff is also super great and it's always a peaceful stay

T.v in room was not working, the toilet would not flush, phones in room were not working, was not able to recieve or make calls on my own cellphone due to service complications, and a scorpion was found in the restroom.

Every thing is nice inside and we'll stay here again next time.

Shades are too thin

Nothing really just the front desk clerk was awesome Rooms were really dirty and the lamps were run down and lots and lots of flies in the room

Nothing really The room was really dirty and blanket had specs of blood . Room looked very poorly maintained. House keeping doesn’t clean rooms as they should

The first room had a live scorpion, dead roaches in air vents and dead bugs behind furniture. Next room was not too bad, a few less dead bugs behind furniture and a weird stain on one of the chairs. Wouldn’t stay here again

It has been several years since I stayed at this hotel and I could not believe how much it had changed! The hotel sign states newly renovated and kitchenette. There is a kitchenette area but there is no coffee pot, utensils, cups,plates, etc. the beds were made up and clean; however, the bathroom had not been serviced, toiletries were used, toilet bowl and shower were not cleaned and no tissue. All pretty basic stuff. The room needed a fresh coat of paint. Had this not been the only room to book in the area, I would have left.

Rooms was not clean

It was Too noisy outside . I could hear everything going on outside even though I was inside my room.

Quiet. No safety bars in bathtub/shower. Floor of bathtub was VERY SLICK! Had to be extra careful not to slip and fall! Need texture spray in tub to give some grip! So slick, it could easily cause someone to fall!

Very friendly, needs new carpet

Every thing was good. Comfortable and lots of parking. Only thing was There was no shampoo or conditioner in my room .

They cancelled my room by claiming that they don’t have the type of room I booked. Instead of clearing up with Expedia themselves, they asked me to talk to Expedia instead. They refused to offer me any kind of room and told me they couldn’t help me. They were overbooked and they just use this kind of excuses not to honor my booking. This is unacceptable customer service and I would never stay with it or recommend anyone to stay there.

Worst yet. No tv, only one towel and the bed was extremely uncomfortable
