Room was spotless, the staff was very helpful. They had a very good breakfast and every some fresh made items.

Could use better internet

We had to book an accessible room because I'm on a scooter. The AC WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!! The room was musty, and humid! So much so that it felt like the sheets were wet. We were so miserable after one night, we left the next morning even though we were booked for 2 nights.

The hotel smells of mold/mildew. Apparently some issue with hallway a/c unit - garbage bag on the floor in the hallway all 3 days of my stay. Bathroom not very clean. No fruit at breakfast.

The English guy on the front desk was very polite and welcoming (I think he was the Manager). Nice clean rooms, great breakfast & coffee Nice pool and small gym. The hotel has recently had a remodel and we assumed a new build. Will definitely be back when going back to Ottine Mineral Springs ten mins away

During our stay, I needed to attend several important work conference calls. Since I couldn't take them in our room with our young family, the staff graciously provided a private space for me to work. Their willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate us made a lasting impression, and I truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was a great amenity for our family. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Gonzales.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only issue is they seem to have issues with the pancake printer. They should just get a waffle maker. Other than that it was a good stay.

The room was clean and had the coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was great had bacon,egg omelet, potatoes and sausage. Coffee and orange juice along with the cereals and bagels and things. The TV had no channels wanted to watch a movie and there were no apps or cable. The Wifi was hardly there could have been the area though as the phone signal was poor. The only bad thing was there was a mildew odor in the room that for me was strong. It did affect my sleep as I had to sleep with the blanket over my head. My husband said he didn't smell it has stong as me. I was going to ask to change rooms but walked by another room and I smelled the same smell. I was going to ask about it at check out but the manager was not at the desk when we left.

The location of the Hotel is good. Easy to get to right off the Highway. We traveled to Ottine and downtown Gonzales, easy in and out. Didn't get up early enough for the Breakfast.

Would appreciate a lighted coffee niche. Old folks have a little difficulty reading directions for coffee maker in low light.

The location was good based on the reason I was in town. Breakfast wasn’t that great. The coffee was never hot.

Room was clean. Incredible staff courtesy! Free breakfast really nice. Restroom ventilation device was a little loud, but I managed. Enjoyed my stay, will stay here again.
