Did not had first floor room available for senior citizens. A/C did not turn on and the room was hotter then out side temperature ( Texas outside temperature was 92 F.) We had to seek cooler temperature in Walmart for 3 hours. Broken tower rack, broken draw handles, light didn't work. Should have told me about it before I booked the room. EXPEDIA should not used unverifiable facts for it FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING.

Rooms were dirty, smelled bad. AC dont work, had to switch rooms thrice still no luck. DO NOT GO HERE

Breakfast was good. Items were empty but were restocked. The wash basin water pressure was very low. faucet was plugged and needed cleaning. Why is there a phone in the room and does not work? TV guide does not match TV channels.

I did not have breakfast Had to change my room. No problems doing it. The man was very nice about it. Toilet would not work and frig was frozen so did not work.

1st room had great AC, 2nd room was warm most of the night. The room needed updates. Bedding had minor stains. Toilet seat was out dated. Bath tub and walls were peeling. It appeared as if they had tried to paint them for updates. There room had an interesting odor to it.

Holes in the walls and in the shower, stains on the walls (bodily fluids?), hanging electrical fixtures with burn marks on the walls, missing battery in smoke detector, broken/rusted/dangerous furnishings, stains on carpet, peeling drywall and paint, broken plumbing, broken doorknobs, noise, loud exhaust fan, worn out bedding.

Nothing Dirty room couldn’t get fresh towels every day had to call and when did didn’t receive was ask could I wait til morning.WOW! Paint peeling on shower tile, nasty sink, picture on wall not secure and headboard on bed leaning also the telephone broken

The staff was friendly. There was hair everywhere (shower, bed). Mold on the blankets. Stains on the chairs, and dead bugs collecting behind the door in the document holder. The complimentary lotion had been used and left for me to use. Everything was unplugged, even the clock and the walls were dirty. It was quite expensive for very shabby room.
