Clean room. The man and woman who were at the front desk were very helpful. Washer and dryer were so useful too and worked great.

I've stayed at the Best Western in Gonzales (Tx) several times over the past 15+ years. This stay (for Christmas 2025) was good with the room being good and the shower being very good.

There was no one there to check me in I wait and waited almost an hour and still didn’t get checked in ring the door bell knocked and all nothing and they still took my money and I didn’t even get checked in to a room that I paid for still

This property is a renovated drive-up motel. It is well done and the rooms are very updated and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to the everything in town. The primary drawback is the breakfast is not prepared with tender care. We tried breakfast several days and found not to our liking. However, we did not select the property for the breakfast so I give it a high rating for all the necessities of hotel stays. higher quality breakfast
