The room was comfortable and roomy. The hallway was attractive and the breakfast and dining area was attractive and well stocked. The negatives: The room was not equipped with soap at the bathroom sink or in the shower. We had to ask the front desk clerk for soap, which he kindly supplied. There was a small bug in the bathroom. I know this happens, but no one wants to see this. It was difficult to locate the guide on the tv. The one channel we wanted to watch had no sound. We enjoy a show on Fox News, but of all the channels on the tv, this was the only channel with no sound. Was this on purpose by your hotel or by Choice Hotels or your tv provider? This did not sit well with us.

Weekend stay was so relaxing for my daughter and I. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. Everytime I visit my hometown this will definitely be my go to place to stay.

Horrible customer service. We arrived at midnight to check in and were not informed that there was any construction going on. At 7am we’re awaken by loud construction on the roof we were on the third floor. I called the front desk and asked if there was construction going on since it was loud which she confirmed and she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience nothing she just stayed quiet. Toilet was broken and tv did not work.

The property was very clean and the staff was great. The only downside was the breakfast....or lack thereof.

In town for an event. Staff met our needs for ground floor, clean quiet room, nice breakfast spread. Will book again.

Thee was some kind of biting bug in my first assigned room. Upon complaint, I was given another room that had just been deeply cleaned and there were absolutely no bugs, but a chemical smell was lingering. Breakfast was good.Staff were good.

There was no hot water in the shower. The front desk staff did nothing to remedy the situation . The morning girl at desk never looked you in the eye . She just stood there looking at the computer. I would say she was extremely rude.
