Horrible customer service. We arrived at midnight to check in and were not informed that there was any construction going on. At 7am we’re awaken by loud construction on the roof we were on the third floor. I called the front desk and asked if there was construction going on since it was loud which she confirmed and she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience nothing she just stayed quiet. Toilet was broken and tv did not work.

The property was very clean and the staff was great. The only downside was the breakfast....or lack thereof.

The room was good and the a/c in the room worked well but you were hot with a wave of heat in the inner hallways. Staff was nice

They complained about the kids running around making noise wouldnt give me a refund and then wouldn't let my friend and her daughter swim

In town for an event. Staff met our needs for ground floor, clean quiet room, nice breakfast spread. Will book again.

Excellent Hotel!!! Very clean, very quiet, smoke free. Stayed for 5-Days on a business trip and I’ll definitely stay at this place again.

Thee was some kind of biting bug in my first assigned room. Upon complaint, I was given another room that had just been deeply cleaned and there were absolutely no bugs, but a chemical smell was lingering. Breakfast was good.Staff were good.

There was no hot water in the shower. The front desk staff did nothing to remedy the situation . The morning girl at desk never looked you in the eye . She just stood there looking at the computer. I would say she was extremely rude.

Rooms are in dire need of remodeling. Calcified bathroom fixtures, and peeling wallpaper need to be fixed.

Told staff they said ahh we’ll get it cleaned up however they were everywhere around the hotel as well.. was gross.. shower curtain was ripped off the wall and was falling down so couldn’t take a shower or anything..
